To an extent I have to agree, he isnt brilliant by any means and I do worry that RM wants to shoe horn him in somewhere in the team. He would still be my centre back on the bench option but if while Bree is out he decides to play KWP and Stephens as the full backs then the question is would Jack be a better bet than Manning? Away from home where you defend more I would have to say yes he probably is.

You would hope during the festive period your colleagues would be obliging unless you are a “challenging” person to work with 🤣

Well I get what you are saying and obviuosly he's not going to describe him how I have, however we dont need to go all misty eyed in press conferences, surely his tactics for doing that are behind the scenes? And while you are bigging up his man management style lets not forget he can be quick to call out players for errors, so how does that make them feel ?

The way RM talks about Stephens worries me, it’s like the second coming of the Messiah instead of the return to fitness of an average centre back. I hope he only plays when Bednarek or THB need a break instead of them.

Well I think you are reading too much into that BUT if he does prefer Jack Stephens to either of the current shirt holders the mans an absolute bloody fool.
