Is TB shareing personal data a breach of the law?

Without the FCR the players would have felt the pain on the first administration. At the moment they don't know what a safety met is. They also don't know falling of the tightrope hurts! They also would have shifted the smarter players long ago and been able to plan a sustainable business. ( if they were minded to) I still can't understand the ruling! How can football run a ring fenced pot of money, can DIY stores and suppliers create a rule and ring fence their cash? What about kitchen suppliers? Sofa firms? The administration laws were altered to rescue jobs when firms went bust. They are clearly being abused and reform is overdue. There should be a cap on protected wages. (£300k) creditors should be given shares in 51% of any Phoenix company that redirects from the sale of the failed company that is sold until the CVA is Paid. They then would have a controlling interest.

Last month a next day item sent to me took 15 days ! It was on watch dog, and BBC south news. You could argue that mothercare should have known that this company could not meet the terms and conditions of sale.

The only way the trust can buy PFC is if they liquidate and are sold to the trust for a small sum. However the FL don't want to see PFC liquidated as the other members of the FL will have to pay the remainder of the contracts for the over paid players as per the agreement with the players association. There is also the reality of the unpaid debts to other clubs. Better to let the cheats survive than to Finnish them off and still have to pay their debts. It is very sad that the FL are too scared to take their blinkers off and apply their rule book. Now they have a policy of wearing blinkers the cheats are blackmailing them with the debts.

You have to wonder what Hampshire Constabulary are doing? Trading whilst insolvent, lying in the court, collecting charity monies and then putting in your own bank account, ordering goods and services with no intent of paying the bill. There has to be a few good criminal acts there? Not to mention the tax issues.

As doctors, they would have reported you to social services if you had done the same.

And the Pompey north MP wants them to have more community money from sport England. Shame on you Penny Mordaunt.

Cardiff FC's owners are considering playing in red and ditching blue as red is more lucky. I'm not sure luck has much to do with it though, one team had a plan, a vision, accounts. The other was chaotic, cheating, and wreckless.

If Pompey are liquidated I understand the FL become responsible for the remainder of the players contracts. However the remaining parachute payments will be redistributed among the remaining clubs. ( does that include saints, what's the cut off date?) FL rules need to be updated. 1 players contracts should be protected by the league but payments capped at £xxx,000 Maybe players remaking contracts should be auctioned off.? Or is that slavery? Also these payments should come out of any parachute payments before they are redistributed

Michael Appleton is now 39.2% LOL.... Having skewed the voting it might get some good betting odds on the real candidates...

In one sense Chinny is my hero because he has prolonged thier agony and depleated them of all funds and helped wring the corpse dry of essential sources of cash. On the other side he has helped the DFCSB to rob the tax payer of £36? million. and they are still trading. He has dug them in to the biggest bottomless hole and he is soon to run away with the ladder!

I'm not sure if it applies to the imposed meters , but when I took a meter by choice I had a 1 yr cooling off period. My house was rated council tax band f and I made huge savings on the water.

By Neil Allen Published on Wednesday 25 April 2012 10:42 Pompey have moved to clarify reports Liam Lawrence’s contract has been cancelled. The claims emerged after the Football Association’s website carried details that the midfielder’s Blues deal was scrapped back on March 3. Lawrence was included on a list of players under written contract whose registrations were cancelled by mutual consent last month. However, Pompey have refuted he has left the club by mutual consent and insist he remains contracted to Fratton Park to the summer of 2013. The confusion has come about following the requirement for Lawrence to register with the Welsh FA following his loan move to Cardiff. That meant him de-registering with Pompey and the English FA first - although he still has a Pompey contract. Lawrence, who has been a regular in the side of play-off contenders Cardiff, is expected back at Fratton Park at the season’s end.
