How does the work starting on a new motorway junction on the M275 affect thier plot of ground? Does it increase access to thier site or take trade and prospects away? It strikes me there is no shortage of site on Portsmouth that could be developed if there was a demand.

Radio Solent.... 1.00 news Portsmouth University wanted to clarify PFC will not be using thier facillities. That has never been the case. They didnt want any misunderstanding with things said by the trust.

I am surprised there isn't more comment on the fact Pompey are going to train on Fratton Park. Only two weeks ago the pitch was part blamed for yet another defeat in their 13 matches without a win. They can stay in hotels, but they can't afford to train. Their pitch can't cope with matches, let alone extra training. If they can't pay the training ground, who else can't they pay? are the High Net Worth'ers running with their cash? How many training grounds have they been thrown off now? "other facilities round Portsmouth"... Are they training on Southsea beach now?

It was £200 including the free £10m. I also bought about 10m of copper pipe and fed that down from the upstairs to a point where I wanted them to connect to and fitted a stopcock. I would give them a ring and get a quote as they may need to replace the meter/external stopcock (at their cost)

I extended the copper in the house (you could use plastic) to an accessable point. Then southern water used a mole to take the pipe under the block paving 20m. My bill was under £200. How do you make lead leak? Make sure you can turn the stopcock off in the street. Expose it below the floor level move it a few times... it will waeken and leak. be 100% sure it is your water feed! not a phone gas or power feed. (when trying to locate my water leak I decided to isolate parts of the house. I cut a pipe to fit a stop valve only to find it was the gas supply )

There is nothing stopping you putting up better material.

Southern water do the first 10m for free if its leaking I had mine replaced and as it came up in the middle of the house I brought a pipe from the middle of cold water system to the point nearest the street. I really dont understand why the PST did not offer an escrow share offer with a limited Season ticket for share holders IE. 2-5 Seasons with a loan facility. What do the supporters get for thier 1000 quid? .... growth? Infulence... securuity... new stadium... a new clock... or a 52 free Saturdays and a £1000 hole in the account (and a grumpy spouse, sister etc)
