  1. I thought the CVA proposal was going to fund the football side of things on day-to-day turnover and the parachute payments were promised to football debts, secured creditors, creditors, etc
  2. Are the PL going to loan £8m to all the other teams looking for promotion? or just the CHEATS? They must have some real dirt to hold the PL to ransome with!
  3. It's Friday, it's pay day. Today the CHEATS have to turn over a new leaf. They have to pay their wages. They have to pay their tax. HMRC will be all over their case and if they don't pay we will be back in the court in 3 months. Are they reformed characters? Or will they continue as "do as you likies" and make all the same mistakes again?
  4. In reply to Sid squid. A few years ago I was family A. Repossession order on my home. Small car on finance unpaid. I took the pain, lived on bread and wheatabix, cycled to work etc. At that point I learned to budget. I now have £400k of assets. My mate who was family B is still skint and will end up working till he is 67+ and as his mortgage LTV goes up each two years he will suddenly realise they bed to sell and end up in a one room council retirement block with a load of other duffers. Pompey have not learnt to budget yet and will repeat their mistakes again and again.
  5. or maybe not....
  6. The paperwork has not been delivered, read and signed yet. Still a chance for the skates to mess it up.
  7. Remember all this could have been avoided by selling a player autumn last year and paying their tax bill. Or a sale of players in January or by not recruiting so they had the 2.5m. Where is the money from the player sales since the CVA? Does that money not belong to the creditors? Couldn't one of the players or Peter Storrie pay the 2.5m? Of course not. They only take money out. Oh well. Bye Bye. And thanks for all the fish.
  8. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11674_6462212,00.html Reply statement from Gadamark
  9. I think they signed Herman today to give him employee protection. I recon the deal has been broke all week. This is AA's exit strategy. Gaydamark will have his revenge on BC. I welcome Pompey City FC going to Hull and back. I welcome Portsmouth AFC. I want all those guilty parties to get their fingers burnt to the bone. My condolences go out to the minnows caught up in this mess at this economic time.
  10. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/newshome/Pompey-crowd-will-be-boosted.6594359.jp ... If they last that long....
  11. Tom Lever still wants to buy Pompey http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/newshome/Lever-39I-still-want-to.6594351.jp
  12. I thought Pompey were going to claim compensation from the nasty HMRC delayed the CVA as they were ready to exit admin immidiatly. Well they won the court case and swiftly exited admin -not.... Are the tumbleweeds still waiting outside the press office.... I might get sorry for them and send Dominoes roud with a pizza seeing as pompey cant provide any gratis catering any more.
  13. How much of this interest is the debt of buying back part of the banks. Is it time for the government to sell thier share back to the market and reduce the debt that way?
  14. But does it get car parts clean? ... (I dont put them in the dishwasher any more as the salt makes them corode )
  15. I heard on BBC thismorning that 57% of people in Dorchester work in the public sector.. 57%.... shut the sponging place down. Any town where there are more public sector jobs than private needs closing.

  18. he did offer
  19. Oil
  20. Is that the away supporters or a meeting of the creditors?
  21. I can't hep thinking AA has been reminded of his pledge at the start of the season that he could forfill all fixtures. Hence he has issued the "we understand the 4 conditions" statement.
  22. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/frattonlatest/Boss-shrugs-off-Pompey-wage.6583061.jp Reports have suggested the Blues may ask players to defer their wages while they chase around £900,000 they are owed by Inter Milan for the sale of Sulley Muntari. Cotterill insists he was unaware of any situation arising where staff wouldn't be paid money. The Italians are said to have not paid Pompey because of an Italian court order which stated the money should be paid to Muntari's former club Udinese.
  23. The news this morning is all about liverpool and Dundee. Our fishy friends are just minnows. They can now slip away almost in noticed. Of course there was always the other CVA plan.......
  24. I thought they were going to be toast. This is more like the fishy friends are getting frozen out. Would you like breadcrumbs and chips with that Mr Android? Did you lose your game of fantasy football.
