Once, twice & thrice are the only words of their type, and no further terms in the series have ever existed (the suggestion of `quince' for `five times' is picturesque but no more!). You'll just have to use "four times," "five times," and so on for anything more than thrice. Similar to primary, secondary, tertiary and nothing for fourth level of importance.
