  1. It's seeded (I believe) so we'll draw a team who finished mid to lower table of the Championship or from League 1 and 2
  2. Here's what the skates think over on POL So there we go... writing off the young players already, demanding new signings. They still don't get it
  3. @jordansibley Some breaking news on the OS shortly... I smashed Cortese's mug in the sink and he's given me the boot #yourefired
  4. Apparently Sports Direct in West Quay are selling their new kit... can anyone confirm or is it yet another #portsmyth ?
  5. Look like even the Portsea Island faithful are beginning to see through #factless TnT6162 ‏@TnT6162 2h Did this idiot attend the game? calling fir witts head ? & that's not what witts said about red card #pompey pic.twitter.com/XyDPI5ZNqM View photo Neil Allen ‏@pn_neil_allen 2h @TnT6162 An appalling piece from The Sun. The fans were doing no such thing, there wasn’t so much as a boo at the end. Expand Chris ‏@ChrisMic9999 1h @pn_neil_allen @TnT6162 Oh forgot you are the trust's mouthpiece you only do as you're told #onetruth Expand Neil Allen ‏@pn_neil_allen 1h @ChrisMic9999 @TnT6162 Oh and how is your mate Chainrai? He really was wonderful for #Pompey now wasn’t he. Expand Chris ‏@ChrisMic9999 1h @pn_neil_allen @TnT6162 Oh dear Neil bit touchy! As u know I never met bc but at least you did !! Lets get back to guy. He's not up to job Expand Neil Allen ‏@pn_neil_allen 1h @ChrisMic9999 By the way, best stop communicating with you. Otherwise I may get another email from you threatening to make a complaint.
  6. :o Perhap #factlessallen is indeed Rallyboy!
  7. On POL, they're already demanding that Whittingham leave the club, Corporate Ho/Banker very vocal in particular. He wants Neil Warnock, but of course he announced his retirement in the summer
  8. Some of the phew on POL still don't get just how rubbish their team is, they think they're going to win the JPT hands down Because winning the JPT gives the skates bragging rights  And the list of posts giving up on the new players already and demanding new signings is just too numerous to list.
  9. The ref is getting a bit of flak on POL Even the local media is being blamed for the defeat And remember Joe Michalczuk, who Neil Allen made a scapegoat for daring to question the PST... Joe Michalczuk ‏@joemichalczuk 2h Season ticket didn't work in the turnstile. Queuing at ticket office. Steward said "of course it doesn't work joe, you're banned!"
  10. Comedy Cocks ‏@CockGraffiti 3m The Portsmouth FC fans make a mistake when holding up their 'ours' cards #Pompey pic.twitter.com/gqiLqGpync
  11. Yup, they can go down in Pompey Takeover Saga folklore with the likes of Avram Grant, Steve Cotterill, Mustapha Dumbuya, and Corporate Ho
  12. Any player who chose to sign for QPR last season is someone we should be avoiding IMO.
  13. I think Coventry fans are starting to rival us in the longest thread about Portsmouth stakes, although it's only reached 1210 posts. http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/14897-Portsmouth-what-on-earth And now on POL, Coventry are being bated as scummmahhhhs who know nothing about football Hi Corpy
  14. Portsmouth FC ‏@officialpompey 3h Share your #Pompey hopes for the 2013/14 season and we'll use a selection in Saturday's programme. Use #OxfordProg Steve Kneller ‏@steveoknells 1h @officialpompey my hopes for Pompey in 2013/14 are for security, stability and investment in youth #OxfordProg Pompey Royal ‏@Pompey_Royal 2h A season of football. That's all. No mention of courts, administration or points deductions. Just football ......and promotion! #OxfordProg Jack Rubio ‏@RubioJack 2h I want to see us make the play off final for another Wembley sellout! PUP #OxfordProg Jonny Barrett ‏@BarrettJonny 2h @officialpompey Having a season I can be certain we'll finish #Pompey #OxfordProg Sophie Jones ‏@Sophie_1Dxx 2h @officialpompey To hopefully win the league and see some of the new signings play and maybe even some of the academy boys #OxfordProg Thomas Martin ‏@shadowm13 3h @officialpompey #OxfordProg promotion - plain and simple. Need to see Pompey back at the top! They 'hope' for things like stability and investment in youth but this is Portsmouth... we all know what will happen when the board are given the choice between giving the academy a cash investment or splashing the cash on a new signing. It's the Pompey Way. And when they're languishing in 20th place after a defeat at Morecambe, I wonder if the fans will continue to demand investing in the youth.
  15. Taken from their facebook feed So, with all these sponsorship deals, what do the users of POL want the money to be spent on? Paying back creditors? Getting the fat out of the pipes? Erecting a statue of the fans outside FP? On an unrelated note, I was just having a trawl through and found this comment
  16. BBC Solent Sport ‏@solentsport 3m #Pompey confirm the signing of striker Ryan Bird from non-league Burnham on a one-year deal That one will send shockwaves through to the other teams in League 2...
  17. Incidentally, Avram Grant is 66/1 with Bet Victor
  18. Tony Pulis is out of a job...
  19. If we're not ahead by half-time then it will all be Guly's fault.
  20. Looks like the second string XI to me
  21. An hour to go until kick-off, where's the teamnews?? Cortese Out, Pochettino Out, everyone out FFS
  22. I'm sure if the situation was reversed, Neil Allen would be quick to write a full length article in that so-called paper of his on those nasty scummers, so will #factless publicly condemn this behaviour?
  23. There's another anniversary too... Neil Allen ‏@pn_neil_allen 7m Happy birthday to me. 6 years ago today I became Chief Sports Writer of The News. And Guy and Macca were the local radio pundits…….. #Pompey
  24. The Football League ‏@football_league 1m #AttendanceStats @MKDonsFC was the most visited ground by away fans in League 1 #AwayDays http://po.st/Q5xvSP That's wrong surely... Pompey were the biggest club last year in the Football League and Fatpipes Park, a historic ground of English football, is the biggest draw? Actually, FP averaged just 436 fans in the away end. Clubs like Rochdale, Cheltenham, Fleetwood, Burton, York, Northampton and AFC Wimbledon were more attractive for visiting fans Some other interesting stats though. The average amount of fans Pompey took to away games was 894, down 23% on the previous season And in League 2, the average is just 420. So don't believe the propaganda when they say they will take 5,000 fans to every ground, with 20,000 more locked out
  25. Even the skates on POL are mocking us FFS, we're the laughing stock of the footballing world.
