  1. Worst away at Arsenal by a country mile followed by those last 15 mins against united and the whole of Wigan/Sunderland at home Best away at QPR and at home to Villa
  2. Paul Lambert has said exactly one sensible thing in his entire life, the last 12 games of the season are 12 cup finals. This applies to everyone West Ham and below, as much as I am confident we will stay up every game left is must win (or there about) so the score can be 0-1 or 12-13 so long as we leave Newcastle with all 3 points.
  3. That's pretty funny just on raw transfer spending!
  4. This pleases me greatly. Not great as a left back but as a CB he has come on leaps and bounds, the Norwich game and the Newcastle game are especially good examples of him playing as an intelligent footballer (though both had all 4 of our first choice back 4 playing very well too). It's good this sort of stuff is picked up upon eventually.
  5. See post above, they get signed and auctioned off for the saints foundation, usually after big games.
  6. Ours go to the saints foundation auction. Credit some players of other teams give them to kids though much better than the Spurs players chucking it at spurs fans (there's a video of 2 doing nothing but promoting the jewish spurs fan stereotype)
  7. Pace is always the best option. The front sweeper is the key to all formations and our inability to deploy Seaborne or Richardson in such a position is why we are 15th
  8. They can bid, doubt anything will come of it. Thought they had blown their wad over Jarvis anyway killing the whole buying people front for a while...
  9. So long as a. I don't have to queue for 18mins to get one and b. the sight of the green grass and the smell of the crowd don't push me over the edge to barbarism then I am all in for this.
  10. Yep! I was going for that from Villa at home, good old Heskey 2.0
  11. Good luck to him, I hope he finds some fitness, form and confidence to maybe return and get a place in the squad for next season.
  12. This. Currently he's pretty poo in a very poo villa side, could get better but thats a bit of an if for now. Lambert a country mile better.
  13. I remember the day I found out we signed him, a mate of mine was mid rant about how Wednesday were the team to watch for the next season (and promptly got relegated I think) then screamed NO HES RUBBISH at the TV. Always thought he was a handy striker...
  14. Horse is pretty tasty!
  15. Nothing beats a cold can of beer at 9am!
  16. Pick that one out! Much more entertained by the race when its to the Ace of Spades though, makes me want to see blood when they run and try to put each other out the race...
  17. Got an all new reason to cheer on Madrid then!
  18. Forecast is still gone, he's played THREE games!!!!! One jpt appearance then came on as a sub when their keeper got sent off and then played the next league game to cover the suspension... Terrified he has had a crack at being a pro footballer.
  19. Most the left overs from the last few seasons. De Ridder, Barnard, Seaborne and Sharp plus a few kids, Hoskins and Reeves. Only 6 but its all the guys who have no chance at first team really (and Sharp who well doesn't quite fit into the system at a guess). Martin was out on loan but got displaced when Palace bought 4 more cb's (and then noticed they won not playing him) so he came back. Edit forgot Hammond, Dickson, Forecast and Forte! Hammond is off looking for a new club/getting game time incase we go down and need him back, other 3 are preparing for life when their saints contracts come to an end and they need work. Brings the total up to 10!
  20. ^^ Note the woefully short bench now we have loaned out Seaborne and De Ridder who would provide everything else we need in the front sweeper position when Richardson tires.

    Lambert

Sign him up sign him up!
  22. Crooks aka Derry??
  23. Just like facts have no place in organised religion
  24. Mostly because he talks about us in a positive light and is more interesting in the good football we lay instead of how bad the big teams "are performing". Plus he's northern Irish and there are only 4-5 plays from his national team to get excited about
  25. Yep, thanks for all the work and all the best for the future
