I worked on the rewire of the flats devasted by the fire in Shirley Towers. The damage caused to not only the flat that went ablaze but next door, above and water damage below was quite incredible. But after talking to the fellow residents about the tenant who started the fire, it saddened me even more that two firefighters lost there lives that night. They died performing their duty because a complete low life couldn't get his way. Scum of the planet, but all too common in todays society.
