Yes. Don't be pedantic. Add Sammy Lee as well, he annoyed me too. -
... you would like to Gunge. If you could Get Your Own Back on 3 ex-Saints, who would it be? 1) Harry Redknapp 2) Matt Le Tissier 3) Sammy Saint

I renewed my seat. I trust you are all better off knowing this. This is like the coolest thread ever, with the coolest people in the world ever.

The fact you put in your location when you reached 1000 posts like it is some form of personal achievement suggests actually they you don't have a life. Anyway, what are your plans for the weekend Tim? -

You are correct. I accepted their appology. -
It does seem that way. Poor Nick. I did try and suggest he finds a girlfriend but he doesn't seem to have listened. Nicholas, why not try http://www.plentyoffish.com ? There are loads of women on there gagging for it, and some desperate ones too.

Does your missus like people with square heads? Do you have a square head? Edit: I've just noticed you are from the IOW, of course your missus likes people with square heads, stupid question. -
About a year old, in perfect nick, lost the fakkin control but you can pick one up pretty easily. Cost £700 new about a year ago, will take £300 for a quick sale. Not sure what model it is, I will add that on when I get home.

I reckon something like, 6,000

Let's hope you don't have too many beers and shake a fence or swear at someone at the football then shan't we? Otherwise prison it is for you. Losing your whole livelyhood because of shaking a fence is not significant? Are you nuts?
-
There is no point, they will be out by the time their appeal is heard, unless they wanted to go for compensation.
-
Answer the question. Is losing your whole livelyhood an acceptable punishment for shaking a fence in the heat of the moment? Do you think that a custodial sentence for shaking a fence is proportionate in relation to other crimes? ( don't come back with "we all know the punishments are more in football" because everyone doesn't, only us sad muppets who trawl the internet and live, eat, breath football do ) Simple yes or no... does the punishment fit the crime?
-
Is losing their whole livelyhood, business they have spent all their life building, house etc a worthy punishment for someone who shook a fence in ONE moment of drunkeness? Yes or no?
-
Why on earth would a newspaper water down the charges? Papers make money on sensationalist stories. Both the Echo and News reported it exactly the same way. And as for the 30k of damage, if any of them were involved in any criminal damage then they would have been charged with that too, or it would at the very least have been in the evidence and documented by the the Echo and News. Nobody is defending them, but to put them in prison for a year is completely wrong, 14 people will lose their jobs, someone has lost their whole livelyhood, a mother has lost her son and husband for at least 4 months, what for? Shaking a fence. Community Service, house arrest, massive fine, banned from St Marys for life - any of these sentences would have been acceptable punishment. Just because people don't agree with the sentences, doesn't mean they don't agree that they don't think the offenders should have been punished.
-
That is sickening that someone can be jailed for shaking a fence, costing them their business, not just that but the knock on effect of putting 14 people out of work. Seriously sickening and yes they all deserved to be punished, but to lose your business and livelyhood over shaking a fence? Really?
-
The point is Mr Ponty ( I will call you Mr, because you are a Moderator ) , it is pretty obvious by simply keeping them in, as happens with every single other hostile game in the country, that trouble could have been prevented. Do you agree or not? The police where either stupid, or it was a sting ( which also went wrong ). Which one do you think it was?
-
Indeed, it was clearly very hostile and volatile before and during the P*mpey game, so it's the same thing. Also, who the f*ck do the Cumbria police think they are? I understand they were blocking roads and making people stay indoors, simply because some loon was walking the streets killing people? Who the f*ck do they think they are? What happened to our civil rights? Just because someone is running around killing people, the police shouldn't be stopping people going down the shop for a loaf of bread just incase he decides to shoot them. It's a f*cking disgrace. I agree with Dune, rather than try and prevent innocent people getting caught up in it, they should have let people carry on with their normal everyday life. I am writing an email to the IPCC RIGHT NOW
-
I was just up the pub, there was police outside, someone walked straight past them and into a pub and chopped some old grannys head off and casually walked back out the pub, stopping to shake a police officers hand on the way. I don't blame the police for not stopping it, it's not their job after all, I blame the loon with the machete.

Ladies, commenting on a thread whilst England are playing really is not cool. Can I suggest that in future the admins have a cooling off period during England games to force people down the pub to watch it. Me? I've been out with my pals watching the game, slightly dissapointed, but anyway, I have to play football tonight. Sometimes, when you have a social life like mine, you need to make time for some fitness to balance things out. It's a hard life being me, but evidently a considerably better one than Nick G's ( although credit where credit's due, he did manage to stay off here during the football, last post 14:34 = Respect Nicholas ) -

Yes, yes I did. He is talking about JPT tickets, and the biggests codswallop excuse ever, because he was selling the tickets on behalf of a third party ( who would then give them the ticket money back ) , so the booking fee was quite obviously, to make money. I think the most ironic comment from him on there was comparing buying a ticket to going to the bank. There we have it, proof in the puddings as they say, Cortese comparing running a football club to banking. I think I can see where he is going wrong now. -

Nick G - Over 3 years. DBP - Over 3 weeks. 3 years... 8 posts a day for 3 years? Wow, that is come going. I will be gone again as quick as I have entered, it does seem there are a few people on here who like to play the role of forum king, so will leave you all to fight for supremecy and watch on, whilst laughing hysterically at someone who posts 8 times a day for THREE YEARS on an internet forum. Wow. I wish I was as great as him.
