  1. I do hate to say I told people so. Things will only get worse. Look at some of the things since Cortese has been introduced. - Banned the Echo ( which is the mouthpiece for SFC for alot of people who rely on it for news about the club ) - Banned Benali - Slated legends like Le Tiss, Mac, Keegan et al - Deliberately kept silent when all speculation about Pardew was happening. - Deliberately keeping details of the Pre-Season tour from fans ( Echo announced 3 weeks ago they knew where it was ) - Deliberately leaving press releases until 11:20pm so The Echo cannot report it the next day, for no other reason than to p!ss the paper off at the expense of the fans. - Charging a £3 booking fee. - Charging a £2 matchday price. - Most expensive tickets in the league. - Removal of payment plan. - Deliberate late notice of payment plan. - Refusal to enter into engagement with supporters over issues. - Creating a supporters charter then tearing it up, going against many of the aims in the said charter. - Late notice of season tickets going on sale for no apparant reason. - No Season Ticker Holder priority for cup tickets. - Trying to pass off the no sponsorship as a gift to the fans whilst increasing other revenue streams to cover it tenfold. There is just a few PR gaffs / customer fails by our whiter than white Chairman Mr Cortese in the last 2 months. It amazes me that people can not put all these points together to get a picture of the sort of person we are dealing with here.
  2. It's pointless talking to chumps like you.
  3. It's a facebook app, not an iPhone one, although I do have one of them too.
  4. OK, our group live in the following... Southampton Bognor Regis Fareham Romsey Netley So for us to get tickets it means alot of transferring of money about, one person buying all the tickets then collecting if off various people. Hope this gives you an example of why it's a pain in the @rse not having any season ticket seat claim window.
  5. Meh... yes, here is another example of someone who completely fails to appreciate that their way of supporting the club is not the only way. And for alot of people it is a pain the arse SFC removing the priority benefit for this cup game, for no apparant reason.
  6. Last year was Northampton. This year is Bournemouth. A very slight difference.
  7. BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE TO SIT WITH THEIR FRIENDS AND PEOPLE THAT THEY SIT WITH FOR EACH AND EVERY GAME. What part of that is hard to grasp? And it is not a normal First round game, it is one where the popular area will sell out very quickly, due to Bournemouth having the larger allocation.
  8. People like to sit in their normal seat, it's a benefit of a season ticket for every other club in the company... once again another benefit removed . It is indeed a pain the arse for people such as myself who do not live in Southampton. Meaning we have to now all meet up somewhere, swap cash over to one person who will then put it on his/her credit card, when by simply doing what every other club in the country does, we would be able to phone up individually. Also... charging season ticket holders a booking fee takes the p*ss. People might well moan about everything, you don't see it as a hassle, for many people it is. Are you another person who is incapable of putting yourself in someone elses shoes?
  9. Thats's what I was told by someone in the pub. It's a disgrace, I am going to write an email to Cortese about it.
  10. Inconvenience. Some people go to football in large groups. Instead of simply popping online and booking our individual tickets, someone needs to now collect 15 or so lots of £16 and then put it on their card or go to the ticket office to ensure we can still sit in the same area. It's a pain in the arse. And COMPLETELY avoidable with a little bit of thought towards the fans.
  11. I am slightly concerned about Steve Grants comments that he won't be changing anything and this is not a democracy. When Saintsweb was launched, we were told the site was for us , I naturally assumed that the £5 = 1 share in SaintsWeb Ltd, much the same as the Saints Trust, infact that is the reason I have been so against the Trust as I saw the Saintsweb Club as a great platform for fan representation. Is Saintsweb going the same way as SFC? Zero communication and contempt for fans? When I renew my Paypal subscription can I expect a booking fee?
  12. Pretty much everyone on this thread does not have a life, especially Turkish who is my number 1 facebook stalker, according to the app.
  13. I came home and had a little bit of a read of the forum to tire my eyes out, in the same way that some people read a book in bed. My life is amazing thanks. xxx
  14. Alot more than a poxy TV, put it that way. ( And Norway, I dumped her actually ) Wahhh
  15. I have been out tonight, having a thing called a life. You should try it.
  16. This thread is car crash stuff. Oh dear.
  17. This is getting a bit boring now. Can we get back on the subject?
  18. Hahahahaha, go Jerry, go Jerry.
  19. I shall be showing her pictures of you and getting her to compare who is the better looking. :-) I shall post her response.
  20. I can't be bothered to get the message through, I am simply debating some very strange decisions being made by the club at the moment, which suggests everything to do with ticketing is being made up on the back of a fag packet by someone other than the person who is being paid to do that job.
  21. What will the benefits be of having a membership then? There is no benefit to home games or Cup games, as shown in the announcement today. The only think I can think is making them compulsory due to trouble last season for away games. Charge all non-STH's £30 if they want to watch Saints away.
  22. The name is Dave I am commenting on yet another strange ticketing decision by the club. Would you not say that reducing adult prices and increasing child prices, is a strange one?
