You need to do some research. Sure you see PWC, Deloitte, Capita etc. and admire such shrewd operators fleecing the services as consultants or providers and pocketing the coin. Even then you'll be saying the procurement wasn't right as if that is the issue. Although tend to agree they don't have same financial nous to realise they are getting done up like kippers.
