The communication coming out of the club was f**king awful over the early summer; statements contradicted 24 hours later, silence at other crucial times, social media abuse from certain players, and all the time an unanswered exodus for which no proper explanation was forthcoming (and probably never will be). To my mind we are still short at GK (if Boruc cannot get himself out of his strop), CB, wing, ST, so if there are two more deals to be done I am wondering what two positions are being de-prioritised. I havent really considered RB to be a priority since I reckon Corky can do a job if really needed. I am guessing GK is lower priority, since there is no strong rumours of Boruc being on his way. Please dont let the other be CB, we have so suffered over the years by not placing enough importance to that position.
