We've blown it big time. Our best chance of getting into the PL went up in smoke today after weeks of growing doubt. It will be years before we get such a chance again, and maybe we will have less supportive owners long before then. You can all moan as much as you like at Poyet's tactics, but he did us like a kipper today. We all knew it would happen, and our team still fell for it. Today exposed just how weak a team we are once you scratch under the surface of the fit first XI. I dont see a way back from this. I am even wondering if big dips into the transfer market will rescue this season now.

In terms of keeping our promotion campaign going, the new signings should have been in training and ready for the next game on the 14th. I agree today is impossible. However, if they arent in by the 14th, they may as well be in October as far as I am concerned.

Where did I say we would be relegated ? I said our form over the past 6 or 7 games is relegation form. And it is. And yes, I am bored of hearing about us being top of the league. I am more interested in talking about what we are going to do to ensure we are there in May. That's what counts.
