I am happy to accept this was one game too many after a hectic few weeks. But the injuries are mounting up. This evening Lallanas injury looks massive. Lets hope with a week to recover he might be back. Was there any update about it on the radio before or after the game ? Do we know if he was close to passing a fitness test ?

A bad 2 points to drop. Cant see us being consistent enough to be promoted with Lallana, Hammond and Chaplow injured, AOC or Puncheon sold, and Barnard banged up. Either NA and NC need to a second look at the transfer market, or we need to cross our fingers.

That's simply not true. I know for example, there are people on here that will ridicule my opinion even if they agreed with it deep down. When I feel strongly about something, yes, I will argue the toss and it can get personal (from both sides). But I do not expect that person to change their opinion just because I said so. This is a critical difference between me and the likes of NickG, for example, who seems to demand I change my opinion on something.

Thats actually quite funny for you. BTW, I go and see Saints whenever I have the opportunity, so stop mis-representing my situation as "he never goes to games and never sees the team play". Also, I have never been convinced by the argument that watching a whole game in the stadium necessarily gives you a better impression of the team than watching it on TV or a live stream, which I have done on many occasions since my last visit to SMS.

Very suprised by the results. The sash has really caught on. I am in the sash camp too; I am bored of the stripes. However, I dont like the combination with white shorts and black socks. Would like to see red shorts and white socks.. I would also change the 2nd kit to a sash kit; yellow shirt, blue sash, blue shorts, yellow socks.
