Wow, attacking my assumed user name when most people on here have one - really scraping the bottom of the barrel.... You dont have to read my comments. I reckon that you and a lot of people on here so determined to draw positives out of the most ridiculous of match outcome and refuse to see the real issues facing the club is really a desperate situation. I come on here an express my opinion of where we are going on the strength of the match result. I rarely comment on the mass delusion on this site any more. But you and your ilk FREAK at any post that doesnt suggest we will win the Champions League in 5 years.

The worst thing about administration is that a certain element of the fan base will accept any sh*t served up with snail-paced progress because at least they've got a game to go to. I for one was always confident the club would be saved. But this lack of progress is a living death, a coma for the club anyway.

Getting all abusive again ?? Some people dont agree with your rose-tinted happy-clappy persepective. Deal with it. We have 1 win in ten, have let slip the lead on about 7 occasions this season and are entering October still in the negative. The manager has irrational favouring of some players even if it means playing them out of position (how unusual for us...) and doesnt know jacksh*t about how to use his subs. Some of our players are showing inconsistent effort and motivation. Considering we have a reasonable quality squad, these are major sources of concern, and "wrist slitters" like me have every right to express our concerns.

The usual foot-stamping taking place, I see. Fact of the matter, Cortese is the custodian for MLs asset, or investment, or whatever you want to call it. If he feels his boss isnt getting the response or return (in whatever denomination, such as entertainment, that you feel is most important to ML), then he will be duty bound to take action where he sees fit. ML and Cortese may well be here for the long haul, but that doesnt preclude wanting to see evidence of improvement, in whatever small steps they deem satisfactory. 9 points from 10 games, and still in the negative come October, is not good enough.

Agreed. Its pathetic. I find it difficult to understand posters who froth about the way we've played and the entertainment value of the game when we've lost too..

I think the situation will be reviewed if it drags on like this until Xmas.

Sorry, I cannot. He's an experienced professional who has given huge support to the manager and players who arent delivering. I expect to see more changes in personnel over the next couple of months.
