  1. I flew back to Southampton in the hope of participating in a bloody great street party if we won - I knew there was no chance of getting a ticket so didnt even try.
  2. Well if I do, that puts me in distinguished company with your Messiah Lowe, doesnt it ?
  3. Runners-up isnt winning, and we were miles away from making a fight of that final. We could hardly get the ball of them for the last 10mins, FFS.
  4. And that is EXACTLY as I meant it too. Crouch & Co were similar to Tsvangirai in that their refusal to participate in the votes totally remove the legitimacy and moral certitude of the result and deny the unanimity of participation in the respective "coronations". Seems I over-estimated the level of intelligence on here by a wide margin; I thought less contributors subscribed to Sun-like conclusion jumping and moral outrage......
  5. Glad to see you have seen the light at last, TDD. Was a bit worried about you for a while..
  6. Possibly, but then the chances of Lowe winning the FA cup are f**k-all, so its a moot question.
  7. Welcome aboard, dude.
  8. The most infuriating aspect of our hopelessness is that it is being thoroughly exploited by a certain individual who thinks we are nothing. He revelled in our frustration today.........
  9. Are you paid by the link/referral ?
  10. Yep. No fact comes out of SFc anymore, only spin, lies and bullshiit... We are DOWN already if the plan is to rely on McGoldrick.
  11. Seems they were more interested in an almighty rumble and settling personal scores..
  12. Personally, I reckon it suggests he is a certifiable megalomaniac. And actually, getting him sectioned is probably about the only tactic available from removing him from office at SLH.
  13. Maybe. Personally, I reckon Tsvangirai was right to withdraw from the run-off with Mugabe too...
  14. I think its been pulled already.....
  15. A propaganda coup that does not stand up to much scrutiny, however much he trumpets it, since Corbett, McMenemy, Trant, Crouch and co walked out before the vote.
  16. ...I bet the only thing Lowe is regretting at getting rid of our three main strikers is that he couldnt convince Aalborg into a season's loan for Saga, rather than committing Rasiak and Stern for so long......
  17. My heartfelt thanks to Long Shot for the report, and reminding us exactly what sort of complete waanker we have running our club... I would like to know more about this offer of funds from Crouch and the subsequent rejection of it by Lowe. Would sort of confirm that this isnt about money but more about power and ego for Lowe. Suggests he is deliberately keeping the club weak..
  18. The fact that we have started to get comments like "Lallana is all over the place", "Lallana's lack of discipline makes the team suffer" and "Lallana aint that good, I've been disappointed" is a clear-cut signal to me that this place is loaded with PR-plants for the club, paving their way for his departure in January by trying to dismiss his contribution to the team, when he is clearly one of our most skillful, capable, and matching influencing youngsters and one of the few that will make the grade. I know which posters I think are the main suspects..
  19. Top-drawer post.
  20. Would anybody be really surprised to see Lowe take the opportunity and stab him in the back considering he wont be there ?
  21. A timely update from Spin HQ from Rupert Lowe's Alistair Campbell
  22. And your solution is what, exactly ?
  23. An interesting point you've raised.... We keep hearing that administration would be as disaster, but consider this : We know several parties have sniffed around the club. Say they got wind of the financial mess we are in at the time, know we are close to administration, and are simply waiting for the inevitable to happen. It makes perfect sense to wait until administration is confirmed and pick the club up from the administrators as a going concern, not only because it will be a darn sight cheaper leaving possibly funds for the team, but also because it avoids the need for the ego-driven individual negotiations required with the larger shareholders who we know from the SISU situation will never pull together in the same direction. Its easier and cheaper. So I for one dont buy this argument that administration automatically means asset stripping the club piecemeal and a topple over the precipice for SFC...
  24. SOGGY doesnt do thinking....
  25. Yep, another "its the fans fault" post. Proves my previous...
