We really laboured the power play for some reason, once McDermott went ground to a halt. Yep, was announced on the PA last night as he did it. Opening batsman not out two games in a row, too.

The problem is not ALL of my search history is actually porn, so I’m currently watching a large, black body builder, in a naughty nurse’s uniform, toasting bagels on a 900W, De Longhi, plug in electric grill. I’m not sure on this, seems a bit niche.

Bloody Surrey again. Those three consecutive sixes off Crane killed it stone dead.
-
Probably have a w*nk, but an interactive one where the characters on screen change their behaviour according to my search history.
-
Theories on the latest attack on Moscow? I’m going with desperate false flag operation to try and rally up public support for the war and draw attention from the forecasted counter offensive.

Which kind of backs up my point. Staying loyal to Miss Sweden when you have an opportunity to sleep with Miss World isn't exactly hardship.

As much as I admire that, staying at Juventus when you’re already multiple WC, CL and Serie A winning global superstars really isn’t much of a sacrifice. They’d all gone out and proven themselves at the top level, earned more money than they’ll ever need and knew they’d be back at the top level in pretty much immediately. Totti I would say was akin to if Kane chose to spend his whole career at Spurs. Commendable and no doubt he’d have bigger offers but he’s still paid very handsomely at a club in and out of the Champions League.

No they didn’t, they’ve been dreadful and easily as weak minded as Saints all season. They completely downed tools at home to Newcastle. Half the ground had left by FT, the team could easily have lost 7-1 with better finishing and a marginal offside. Pickford is the difference. That’s it, Pickford. Period. They have England’s #1, we have two Championship standard keepers. They say a decent GK is 10 points a season, they finished 11 ahead of it.

I kind of see that the other way around. For someone in a low income, unskilled job an annual rise from £20k to £22k is absolutely massive, yet a consultant neurosurgeon jumping from £180k to £200k isn’t really going to change all that much. Obviously tripling someone’s wage is different but I don’t think that’d be on the cards with modern PL money. I think SR would push the boats out to keep him and offer £120kpw and Chelsea or Spurs wouldn’t offer him that much more.
-
And yet they only stayed up because of a completely freak result, away from all their fans, at the Amex, and a GK who’s far better than any other in the bottom half.

We can debate all this ad nauseum but looking at the table; Arsenal, Brighton, Fulham and City have all had fantastic seasons. Bournemouth too, relative to their resources. None of their stadiums are known for being a cauldron of passion and it hasn’t stopped their teams from playing with passion, purpose and a positive mindset. If anything I’d say places like SJP, Goodison and West Ham are more likely to develop a negative, toxic atmosphere than SMS. Fans running on the pitch, berating players, throwing their STs at the manager, chasing players cars down the street etc. doesn’t help the situation. As the Scouser said to the toothpaste, deodorant and shampoo salesman; I’m not buying it.

Given their nationality, I expect a full Les Mis style West End musical about it.
-
No he doesn’t. Nobody in this squad deserves better than the people who pay hundreds or even thousands of pounds, during a cost of living crisis, to watch the absolute dross we’ve just been served.
-
You do realise that's a number pulled out the arse of a Sun journalist, not an official public statement by Rasmus?
-
Because for anyone of a right wing persuasion it’s absolute gold dust and makes them look smart, relatively speaking. It’s something lefties support which is delusional, irrational and very easy to argue against.
-
I’d wager Buffon, Casillas, Van Der Saar or Cech might have kept out three or even four of the goals we conceded yesterday.
-
I don’t think he’s suggesting players SHOUlD stay loyal, simply pointing out that they don’t and TBH he’s got a point. Tiss was one of the few players who was genuinely loyal to us as he had serious offers to go elsewhere and earn more. I find it somewhat bemusing when people talk about the likes of Benali and Long being loyal. JWP has stayed with us because he’s a lower mid-table standard player, or a reasonable squad option for a European competitor and up until now, we’ve managed to provide him with the former platform.

I fear you may be getting altitude sickness up that tree.
-
There’s no ‘getting away with’ IMO, Baz will be a decent enough Championship keeper. Don’t forget Kelvin was in the team of the season at that level.
-
It’s weird to think that he has actually played with Marian Pahars.
-
I can't see how he's better than Baz. 17 conceded in 6 league games.
-
They've just signed for us, they wont be leaving unless it's on our terms. Besides, up until now KS has done bugger all, I don't think two goals in a dead rubber are going to change much, even against Liverpool.
-
God, I hope so.
-
Can we maybe have a bucket collection to donate Bournemouth some of our goals?
-
Everton aren’t going down and we aren’t winning this game. That would involve some aspect of this season being enjoyable, which isn’t allowed.
