i don't agree with the two tier decision making where most would accept that as a foul outside the box but not inside. Maybe they should bring in a indirect free kick for that sort of stray arm, which would mean consistency regardless where on the pitch.

Yeah confirms the sense that Ralph decided from get go that they were simply too old to be worked with. Ross Wilson really got that contract wrong though.
