The company will remove the panels twice free of charge for you for any repairs you need to do. Regarding the look and resale-ability of the house, I reckon that if its a straight choice between a house with and one without a buyer would go for the one WITH the panels.

I've installed TreeSize Free and it looks like this: 26.4GB - Users (30,866 files) 19.0GB - Windows (77, 808 files) 2.7GB - Program files 1.6GB - ProgramData 1.3GB - [Files] 0.3GB - DRV 0.1GB - Acer then loads at 0.00GB There are only 2 users, me and the Mrs, is this normal?

Yes this is the very same laptop that would have taken a age to copy a DVD! I haven't reinstalled it since new so 4 years ago now. I have everything backed up, I think, is it worth formatting it or whatever and starting again from scratch? Whats that data recovery snapshot thingymabob you said about?
