I hope you are right and he isn´t such a bad player, I agree to that. Think the main thing right now is about confidence level for him. And I really hope he gets support from the stands and that there are no negative reactions from there if he misses a pass or two. Every player in our shirts should always get 100% support from the stands.

I agree completely, but he hasn´t been able to play 90 mins for whatever reason. Yes he has got some knocks in some of the games but I have had the feeling that those knocks were very convenient for him.....maybe being a bit harsh on him though....

Last few games we´ve had a lot of defenders on the bench, today is the other way around. Fox hasn´t played a full game any time he has started under MP I think...... if he again just lasts 65-70 min.....is it Fonte on and and Yoshi out on LB then...?

I think we need 7-8 players for Striker-Attacking midfield positions, some of those 7-8 that can play in both position. Right now we have Rickie as striker. JRod and perhaps Mayuka as Striker/AM. Gaston, Adam, Jason and Guly as AM options, and perhaps Davis but I see him more as a CM/AM option. I think Guly might leave, dont know what will happen to Mayuka. Another striker and 1 or 2 extra Striker/AM/Winger options. Would love Adrian Lopez as addition.

I believe..... it´s good that Turkish only have 3 posts per day for this threads sake.... But I have been a very happy clapper since april 2012 and have not had any reason to change that yet from then. With right additions to the squad, hoping that MP will extend his contract and stay with us, I can see that coming in the next 3-5 years. For me the big difference in this 10 games is not the results. It´s how we approach games now and dont care too much who´s on the other side and when we are good we are really good. We just need to better our "low-level-performances" and get more consistent.

No, I dont think they are better than us at all in the long run. I agreed with Tajjuk´s post that they are more solid defensively and plays the percentage football, but as I said it will only take them "that far". And by my estimate that is at the best over a season 8-9th in the table but more normal years they end up 11-14th with that brand of football. I think we will leave them behind us the coming years, but this year they started out better than us and that´s why they are on the same points as us now.....Take away the first 10 games and you probably see the difference between us and them, but as some people now will say if I dont, the 10 first games of a season counts too..... I dont rate Jaaskeleinen either really, but it would be wrong to say that he hasn´t saved them in games this year and good for them.

Agree 100%. But I think their type of football only get´s you that far. They will always stay up with that football but I think the highest they can achieve is about 8th or 9th spot in the table and never go higher, but are more probable to end up between 11-14th place every year. And this year their goalkeeper has really saved them 5-6 "unearned" points, but thats what a good GK can give you.
