I think RB is a tricky one for the summer. Callum Chambers will probably be in the squad next year but dont know if he is good enough. I would actually prefer to go for a really good CM and in case of emergency have Cork as cover for RB. If we are going to be successful with this system you cant expect Cork/Schneiderlin to be on top of every game. If we get another really good CM in we will have very good depth in that position that is crucial to the system. I would like a player that has quick feets and is a really good passer rather than the big box to box midfielder cause I think Morgan can be that type of player. If we can get someone that can pick out passes through the opponents CM into the feets of Gaston and Rickie we will be able to utilize their strenght even better. As good as as Cork/Schneiderlin has been I think they have a tendency to play around the opponents CM and out wide and not really having that through pass to find the space between the opponents defence and midfield.

Eh....wherer did I say he didn´t? Just answering to the post that Adkins were spot on tactical and as he knows the team he should be. But we´ve seen during the season quite a few tactical mistakes too....

He didn´t have his best game and the other four were better so right to sub him if anybody. BUT.....he opened up their defence brilliantly three times. For the first goal he´s the one playing the ball forward when we´re going sideways and he put the ball through to set up that goal. His backheel to open up Davis in the box where he should have done better I think. And he put JRod through when he hit the crossbar. So there are moments of brilliance in between some missed passes and shots.

Well he´s never played in Espanyol so don´t know exactly what they mean by that. Yes he been managing in La Liga but that´s hardly a big selling point....

Watching it now and we cannot say it enough.... Grant Holt is a big fat pile of sh*te.... Anyone ever again comparing him to Rickie should be shot!

And we dont seem to use people blocking opponents that many teams does to get their players in for free headers.... Opinions?

Well, not saying Adkins is a bad tactical manager. But at this level you would expect that a manager know the weaknesses in a team he has managed for 2,5 yrs....

You could look at the table and think that if we have had a normal first 10 games with 12-14 points we now would be 8-10 points better off. Pretty simple...
