I'm not so sure about that. Retail is a funny old world. Store managers often go a bit rogue. Even if your son was on probation, they will have a clear process which would likely involve an interview and the opportunity to dispute the claims (although, HR don't need to be involved in that). If you're not happy with the outcome, I would definitely escalate. And even if that doesn't get a happy outcome, at least you're teaching your son how to stand up for himself, and the feeling of pride in doing so. But sorry he's had to go through this - sounds very stressful.

Clare Short was a far left as you could imagine! Blair only put her in his cabinet to keep his enemy close at hand. Blair was centre-left, which is what he is recommending the Labour Party return to. He may have appealed to the middle classes, but he definitely wasn't centre-right.

I'm not a fan of Clare short by any stretch of the imagination. I was just illustrating CB Fry's point that Blair's Government wasn't centre-left.

I don't think fair to judge them on this season alone. They come in half way through in a league a they're unfamiliar with, and not had a preseason. I think preseason makes an enormous difference both both players and manager. I think next season we'll make an enormous step up - Koeman will be savvier about the Premier League, players will connect more. Just hope we don't have to completely rebuild the team. Elia I'm not so confident on, seems a funny lad, Djuricic I'd like to see us persist with, I really think he's what we need, and nothing like Ramirez in style. I also said Mane looked amazing when everyone else was sl*gging him off. I just don't feel the need to smugly reference it. (PS, no need to be such a c*ck, Noodles).
