Anyone any idea how ticket sales are doing for this one?

Got booed by us there last year

There are loads of parking spaces on the retail park where the stadium is. I parked on their last year, only problem is that it takes a while to get out afterwards. Think it costs about £5. I wore my Saints shirt in the pub next to the ground and didn't have any bother, its a mixture of home and away fans and there are plenty of police and bouncers about!

Sky sports had this up the other day http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11700/8955346/southamptons-daniel-osvaldo-enjoying-challenge-of-adapting-to-premier-league

Spot on. He just never looks fazed or nervous, confident to receive the ball a his feet even when under pressure. I think him and Lovren, who never stops talking to those around him have really steadied the ship which has meant that we can pick up 3 points when were not firing on all cylinders up top where as last season we would have to score 2 or 3 due to our defensive frailties.

Poch on Lambert's mobility and the strain of fame
Mikey88 replied to Golac's Iron Gonads's topic in The Saints
I could be wrong but based on the press conference it seemed Poch was talking more about the mental aspect of his game. I think his the term he used was helping him to 'interpret the space'. To me that say's that he believes he can physically do it but he wants him to make better judgement's when it comes to pulling off defenders, moving out wide, interchanging with the rest of our attacking line etc. Just my take on it though. -
Poch just dismissed this rumor straight away when asked in press conference

It would have to be Burnley away for me as well!

Ken Monkou anyone? If only for that goal against Norwich! -
http://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/anfield-seating-plan. Right at the back of the stand, the overhang from above means the view is incredibly bad if the people in front are standing up. You might struggle to see the goal at the far end!

We might be reading to much into the team selection. If we had a fully fit squad i.e. Shaw and Clyne starting then I'd imagine Cork would have made then bench with one of the full backs dropping out. Would of been very harsh to not include Davis after two goals in mid week.

Similar to what a few others have posted already but living up in Lancashire and with work commitments it is not feasible for me to own a season ticket which has the knock on effect of making away tickets hard to come by in a lot of cases, if they don't reach general sale. If there are any season ticket holders out there who don't tend to travel to many away games and wouldn't mind me using their customer reference number in order to purchase tickets I would greatly appreciate it if they could get in touch with me on here. Ideally I would be looking at two tickets per game. I'm mainly concerned with the northern games (Birmingham upwards) so it means greater loyalty points on your account if there where any games closer to home which you wish to attend. Thanks in advance!

I messaged someone from the club on twitter and he said he was almost certain you would be able to pay on the gate for this one unless we sell out which is highly unlikely. I'm turning up without a ticket for it

Personally i have loved the Southampton twitter feed over the last few months, lots o great stuff on there! Very few clubs put in the amount of time and effort that w do into it and i think it's something we should be proud of as a club. If this draws more peoples attention to it then that's great as far as i'm concerned!
