playing in the champions league, couple more signings in the summer and a nice wage rise for helping us do it.... why would he go? -
i don't care who they put out, we will still win.

is there really anyone out there who really cares about legalised loan sharks? it is, at the end of the day a business and legal. if not it would not be allowed to operate. the fact, as has been mentioned, that we are wearing an adidas made kit, cost approx £0.37 per shirt, by someone in the third world, doesn't seem to bother many, as adidas is a world brand leading name. i for one don't care who sponsor us, if the design looks good and doesn't make the shirt look silly. it would be nice for a local business to have a world stage to show off, but if it ends up being a superstar name, then either way, being able to show it off on the world stage is the main thing. lets not get too outraged, when, after all, it is still only october.

why? why can't this form go on? why can't we lose one in seven for the rest of the season? why do we have to ship goals in like we used to? surely the longer this form continues and the season goes on, then we should be less likely to accept defeat?

anyone remember a few years back when utd lost 5-1 at newcastle, and then had to play a small, not very good, mid to lower table club away from home. all predictions were that they would bounce straight back, and anyway, it would be a long, long time brfore they let five in in one game again. anyone remember what happened next? saints win. don't know the score, don't care who scores.

Are any members of SaintsWeb household names?

NO .......I am Spartacus!! -
No, having to stay over. I booked the flights as soon as the fixtures were out, and then swansea went and did well in the Europa league.

i am bringing my lad over for his first taste of st mary's. it is his birthday and he will be seven. i am not a regular at st mary's/the dell, by virtue of living so far away, but i have never seen the mighty saints lose a game there. i have seen them beaten away, and the odd stupid draw, 3-3 v derby at the dell springs to mind, but if we can just keep this record up for at least one more game, then another lifelong saint will be cemented.

we have only, in your opinion, had the easiest start, by looking back. if whu and sunderland had won two other games, then they wouldn't be there. nor would norwich if they had won more, and your bottom six may have had utd, city and liverpool in them. then we would have played top half teams! at the start of the season, no one said we have the easiest start of anyone, and no one here thought we would be in the top 5 after 6 games.

Can someone explain to me what a troll/trolling is. A lot of people seem quite happy to call others trolls but I don't get what you have to do to be one. So far no one has said it to me, and I don't really want it, but it would be nice to know what one is. Many thanks. -

It's got nothing to do with osvaldo scoring a goal to make that happen! -
Yes it is possible. We could win the league, that is also possible. What most people on here are doing is confusing possible with probable. We could win every game between now and the end of the season. Possible, but not very probable in most peoples view. However, let's just be happy with looking at the league and being fourth. Isn't it a fantastic feeling. The younger ones on here won't know how it feels so enjoy yourselves supporting a fantastic club!
-
and a good solid performance to go with it and we will all be happy with a nice 2-0 win!

is there a massive contingent of closet jews that need our support? and anyway, it is not jews next, it is gingers!
-
sorry, wrong end of the stick

how far away from the point am i? the point was to show the world that premier league clubs/footballers support the gay footballers and in doing so would make an open and safe environment in which they could come out and be accepted, without anyone singing songs or making up chants about them. surely. so if this is the case, why hasn't it happened, a la clarke carlisle saying it would, and why is it unreal to beleive they would? unless there aren't dozens of gay footballers around as the figures quoted say there is.
-
he hasn't come out, just said he would mind if someone did
-
so, no-one has come out then?
-
you are making it sound like was only done for advertising, and not in the hope we get to see which footballers are gay!
-
Out of interest, does anybody know if any footballer chose to wear the much talked about rainbow laces last weekend? not the ones that were told to by their clubs but actually wanted to. and has any footballer come out since then, in the massive solidarity pact it was meant to acheive.

Shaw to Lambert, it wasn't that funny, just because he is the boss, you don't have to laugh.
