There is a lot of equalities legislation on the books that you would expect to address the problem Labour think they have identified, but given that Law is interpreted by case examples, perhaps they think that this is needed to paper over a crack that exists in existing interpretations. Then again it might just be crusading sound bites.

Agreed with Duckie, above. There are far more pressing domestic issues that Labour will campaign on, and look to address. Perhaps in a second term they might look at reviewing our trading relationship with the EU, and in the meanwhile try to make the best of the dog's dinner of an agreement we currently have, but rejoining as a full member is many years away, ( though hopefully long before we get to find if JRM's prediction of 50 years before we see the true benefits of Brexit pans out ).

That includes posters on this forum. 2) Any consideration of Blumenthal's commentary has to take into account his personal bias and agenda. 3) Haeretz is a left-leaning, anti-settler, Israeli publication, with no love for Israel's current leadership. 4) I did read the whole article, and query his assumptions and assertions based on my own knowledge and research. 5) RPGs are designed to attack tanks and APCs. 6) Civilians caught in a cross fire between the IDF and HAMAS may well have been hit by the former, but it does not automatically follow that they were deliberately targetted.

I don't think your posts get under anybody's skin. What they do acheive is 2 things; firstly there are those who you think you are annoying, whereas in fact they are laughing at you, generally because you have completely misread them, their affiliationas and beliefs. Secondly there are a significant number of people who see your blustering and the mocking reponses it engenders as polluting just about every thread as you raise the same points over and over again in an attempt to justify your self-appointed position as a social crusader.
