I know he left (or legged it) but we were supposed to 'get our club back' when he walked now we know why if this is the strategy for the way forward It shows what a brilliant job he did keeping the players not only onside (seeing as they cant wait to leave) but head the club upwards it may have not been his money but what a fecking job he did there is just no way, this utter shambles would be happening had he been here
-
when you go to the press and say that you wont keep anyone who does not want to be here. that is actually inviting interest Like I said earlier, Martinez actually laughed at a journo when he asked about Barkley and being linked heavily to man city Everton are not OPENLY saying they will sell ANYONE who does not want to be there
-
A premier league club has lodged their interest in signing Clyne see ya
-
That I agree with. We would probably have lost shaw, Lovren and Lambert but it would have been managed far better, maybe even players in before they were sold. there is no way on earth we would lose 7 first team players and definitely not with only 2 in thus far I would also believe that contracts for cork and fonte would have been done and dusted by now
-
Ings was there for the taking, too
-
this is Daniel Levy. A notorious b'stard when it come to negotiations
-
I know you wont agree, It would not have happened on Cortese's watch either
-
infact, if morgan is sold for a penny less than £20m I would crack up with laughter
-
what get a 20 goal a season striker for a knocked down price im guessing they will run the rule over him intensely and with the medial technology available know that he is on the mend
-
why did we have to accept a bid for chambers? what was he going to do? why do we have to accept a bid for rodriguez, what is he going to do?
-
expect a press release with LOTS of spin IMO
-
from what I hear, we are very close to signing Forster and Van Dijk from celtic
-
sooner or later, people will start to talk up Isgrove and how he can do a job...we are on the edge of being very much relegated IMO
-
Im going for £30m, kyle naughton and Michael dawson (mp apparently does not rate him)
-
even so, £25m on ross barkley is not gamble for a man city. I doubt everton would stand in his way, and all that
-
that is true we will sign a couple of players by the end of the week. One might be fairly exciting and so many fans will have their tummys tickled. Jeff, wes and NickG will be on here telling us how brilliant this all is etc
-
martinez, when asked about ross barkley linked over again with a £38m move to Man City just burst out laughing and said something like "I dont think so" I mean, how dare everton stand in his way.... How is it, burnley and the like are able to stand in our way?
-
oh, so now its top 6 not top 4? feck me, we finished 8th and some thought we under achieved. dont talk pony
-
no, we are taking players that are proven to provide that and rolling the dice and almost every position with 3 weeks till the start of the season we will be one of the favourites for the drop (if not already)
-
actually no. in the football game the rewards for being remotely successful are enormous. so, take it when things are not going well things are st marys are NOT going well. we are setting new precedents.

she invested money she inherited. not from her brilliant hard work now, she wants that money back
