-
if there are cut backs, I have a feeling that maybe now Kat is in full control, she wants the value of the equity back in her back pocket how much was converted?
-

Jose Mourinho: Signing Luke Shaw would have "killed" Chelsea
Batman replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
I think he is clearing his arcs as they had the chance to sign a life long chelsea fan, who would count as home grown and a massive prospect and lost him to a rival -
also, further to my last there has been little/no communication withe cork and fonte regarding a new contract Fonte has instructed his agent to see what interest there is out there Cork is keeping his options open but more discreetly. His dad is another matter and these players want to stay but the club are keen to use the academy more. again, have no idea if true just passing on
-
found it allegedly the club are playing hard ball about bonuses owed to players and staff and lots of cut backs are taking place who knows if it is true
-
PM me a link if poss cheers
-
if this was the direction explained to MoPo and our captain. no wonder they were gone like a shot
-
I appreciate glass half full and all that but if say, west ham were losing 6+ from a pool of their 14 best players we would be laughing our arses off and predicting nothing but relegation
-
John cross has spoken to coaches at arsenal about chambers and they see him as a project to maybe turn into a holding midfielder in a few years after being integrated as the back up right back
-
could very well be in the championship by then
-
yeah, we are slowly selling all our best players. the bastard
-
why is he our 2nd best right back? he played 20+ times last season in his debut season at 18 years old there wasa real chance he could progress like shaw and really cement that spot as his own
-
trouble is. If he signs in a few day. so many will be pacified with with it. we will still be 4-5 players short assuming lovren is sold. That is not taking chambers into account
-
we gave him zero service though but he looks decent hope that translates to premier league goals
-
what happened to being bigger than everton? how on earth did you think we could compete with the top 4 (which you did about a year ago)
-
a fair few people have posted that they want to know what the clubs in aiming for
-
in early June Aiming for Europe and no need to sell players we dont want o sell in summery.. State of the art training facilities domestic friendlies in order not to travel around the world after the world cup we are an established top half premier league club we now have a top 8 premier league team we MUST maintain that status and enhance it and not go backwards we will be playing a european opponent away and one at home we have been targeting players for quite some time. 24/7, always have players lined up we constantly target managers and players. We have access to the best data on players and managers from europe and around the world we have created a culture called the southampton way. Its about values and entertainment. the academy players is our legacy we had top class managers who applied for the job we have MANY player we have targeted. Many players we want are excited about the prospect of coming to southampton we are probably within the top 20 clubs in the world we really wanted MP to stay, he left for other reason. Our ambition was not a reason for him going Players we are linked with really want to come here our scouts are all over the world, it is a 24/7 operation. 12 analysts at home build profiles on players and managers. Collate the data for the manager we talk regularly about potential players who we could sign we know what we need to bring in, we are ahead of the game in bringing players in we make multiple bids for players at any one time NO PLAYERS will leave if we dont want them to. Its all in our hands we have no intention to sell anyone we have had bids for players, No decisions will be made until new manager arrives and he as assessed them and try to get them to stay we do NOT need to sell we constantly keep players informed but it is not easy when other clubs go public ANY revenues made on player sale WILL be reinvested into the team we will have an improved side and improved depth when we kick off on 16th Aug we intend to keep everyone we are not open for business Aiming for Europe and better than last season
-
it has. Les Reed stated we are aiming for Europe and do not need to sell any players
-
You could just say no to chambers Do you think he would go on strike? I would be amazed if there haven't been bids for Barkley and stones, yet you don't see them desperate to leave
-
All well and good him coming. But we will need about 5 others on top of this.
-
Well, hasn't other businesses she inherited all gone to the wall?
-
Lallana over hyped? He was in the prem Team Of the year and cleaned up at the end of season awards. I do love how we downgrade players when they leave
