I get shaw, lovren and lambert chambers? just say no, you are staying, same with a crocked jrod what are they going to do?
-
wasnt the company in probate for a LONG time?
-
Morgan is back in work tomorrow, right? guess that mean we will start to hear more about him leaving, then
-
us so willing to sell has nothing to do with promises that may or may not have been made saying no to selling chambers wont harm anyone saying no to rodriguez wont harm anyone
-
as said the other day, you have peoples attention now.
-
just watch wes and co say that he is not that good, we dont need him and we will be even better next season morgan will be next
-
if we say yet, then we are in the shyte
-
its like the fella on the radio said earlier. we have absolutely NO idea what her plans are. Apart from a few press releases that clearly mean nothing, a attending a few games with a smile we have no idea what her strategy is Like he said also, where we are come end of last season was almost nothing (if at all) to do with any strategy she implemented. everything was in place or (since she went more public) already in motion I honestly think we/she/the club are rolling the dice. Sell everything with a high value and replacing them with the best possible players for the least amount of money. reckon we will spend about half of what we make from sales. That sounds a lot but when you take into account the new TV deal, that a huge amount NOT being made available reckon she is getting the house in order to sell the club.
-
god knows if it was lunch or even, or even what day. I usually have either talksport, LBC or 5live on (programme dependant) as TV is shyte
-
I could not remember the agents name and missed which company he represented and thus, was dismissed as a load of old pony seems it wasnt
-
changing half of your starting line up (6 in/6 out) to adding a fair few to the squad is severely different. I know you are you uber positive and think we can challenge for top 4, but surely you can see the difference
-
liverpool are not in the position to play them all at once words fail me ifyou cant see the difference
-
should pay it and get it done.
-
no power or influence what would happen if we told chambers/arsenal 'No'..? why havent burnley immidately given Ings permission to leave, if they have no power or influence? I would suggest we are ina far stronger position with chambers than they are with ings

Mick Dennis from the Express was just talking saints........ bullet points.. Nc going started the exodus Cortese conducted the purchase of saints and ran the club effectively after ML death made unpopular decisions along the way but did a good job NC and Kat fell out and NC left for what ever reason Saints fans understand that players like Shaw, Theo, OxO WILL go and saints fans are very aware where they are in the pecking order but to lose half a team in one summer should cause alarm bells ringing of the most optimistic fans, that simply does not happen Saints fans will be in dream land if they think most of their academy products will be constantly as good as these, it just does not happen you simply cannot sell the players that saints have in one window and it not be damaging Saints fans have had a great journey in the last 5 years but most outside of southampton fear for them this season you just cannot sell so many first team players (assuming lovren and chambers go) and not have negative effect, along with rodriguez out its a fine line from being serious relegation candidates to mid table obscurity assuming chambers and lovren go, that will be just shy of £100m. but money in the bank does not earn you points for every bony there is a van wolfs-winkle from the dutch league, HUGE gamble letting go proven premier league players and bringing in from abroad no one knows KL long term strategy, she inherited the club, where the club is now is not due to her strategy but the luck of her being the daughter of ML and all that was in motion prior to her going more public. all well and good her going to games and smiling, the fans deserve more The premier league is a brutal league, it can be crushing fans from the likes of norwich thought southampton had cracked it last season. Sure, people like shaw and maybe lovren would go, but the skipper and 6 others. its insane
-
by saying no, that should automatically mean a player will not want to be at saints not an 18 year old anyway
-
is there a point where might actually say no?
-
in an age where teams cant stand in players way of moving to a bigger club or going 'home' what is the hold up?
-
looks like bigadam was right on a few things http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/archive/index.php/t-50527.html

Will this be the best transfer window for Saints ever?

he was also nominated for the player of the year, along with... Luis Suarez Daniel Sturridge Steven Gerrard Eden Hazard Yaya Toure I suspect his fee would be the lowest had all of them be up for sale to the highest bidder this summer, except maybe gerrard due to his age again, his fellow pros must be wrong -
how does pressing a button on your phone have any bearing on your concentration on getting in the side anyway, he probably knows he is an absolute shoe-in to start given the appalling lack of depth we now have

lallana, again in the PFA team of the year. Unless his fellow pros are over hyping him? his stats were just as good as hazrd, better than Silva as for england, look at the state of the performances. I dont think you can judge him on what that idiot hodgson does -
fair enough. I was sure I have heard him say that. guess not

im reserving judgement as the premier league is its own environment. many players who have succeeded abroad have simply failed here. mainly due to the intensity, pace and relentlessness of the league. we are losing proven premier league performers for players who we dont know how they will take to the league I thought osvaldo and ramirez would have lit this league up. really have failed
