I'd agree with what you are saying if the planning application was for a change of use, or an increase in usage. However it isn't. The use of the site will be exactly the same, the amount of traffic will be the same, all that is changing is a building. Which is why their objection has no validity. You can't complain about something which already happens/exists. That's not the way the process works.

How late does something have to be before it's judged to be failing to pay? If the contracts state the players will be paid on x day of the month, and they aren't, then surely they become on breach of contract at that point?

Ipswich's reserve goalie has played quite a few games. He only joined Ipswich in August, was first choice at Hartlepool for a while. He's played in more matches than Bart.

I don't think it's unfair. If they only had a 15 year old left or something, then maybe. But is it any different to us playing Bart at the minute?
