  1. I was clearly joking. I don't think that should happen, at all.
  2. I'm not a supporter of the EU in its current guise, as I have mentioned numerous times on this thread. However, I believe the country is stronger within the EU. Anyway, why's that got any real relevance, unless you believe the issues are due to the EU? I personally don't - all those countries mentioned have struggling economies and political instability (and have had for years) even with the advantage of being in the EU - if they left it would be even more disastrous.
  3. I can't wait for all these poor people to pay for my train ticket.
  4. To be fair, they are voting to make our children's lives less flexible and prosperous, so maybe child-abusers is about right? I don't know...
  5. I am nice to most people, as most people I know voted remain. I reserve my nastiness to this that most deserve it, the low life scum that voted to make my children worse off in life. Those are the people that I will reserve my ire for, and for whom I wish nothing more than pestilence, grief and poverty. Or something along those lines.
  6. As we all know with risk, it's the planning and mitigation of that risk that defines the outcome. At the moment it seems like there is very little in the way of either.
  7. So what? It was my definition of "over Christmas" as it was me who said it. I wasn't working, so what I said is clearly correct.
  8. We try not to see them TBH, they're racist xenophobes. Last nights quote was along the lines of "You should go to Krakow, it's really nice and the people are surprisingly nice - not like the filth you get over here." It's why they got relegated to after Christmas.
  9. It's over the Christmas holidays..?
  10. It most definitely did - last night in fact.
  11. I suggested Pontins - they were quite offended by that for some reason.
  12. Had a fun conversation over Christmas with some of the other half's Brexit voting family, complaining that they can't afford to go on holiday next year as the prices have increased over the last few years. Found it very amusing to point out the reasons for that, and that they only have themselves to blame.
  13. "Don't wanna be a Brexiteer Idiot."
  14. I did watch the game, and said on the match thread he wasn't great, but nowhere near as people said he was. He was also accused of not being arsed, which was completely false. The stats were in response to someone else on this thread that said they'd love to see how bad his pass percentage was.
  15. Just for those Lemina haters: Pass success in match (highest Saints): Armstrong 85% Romeu 84% Lemina 83% He also had 6 tackles (second most on team) and 2 completed dribbles (joint second most on team). He was also dispossed twice (most on team). He wasn't great, but it was more that the things that make people say he's our most talented player just didn't come off today. The attitude towards him seems like Mane when he joined us...wonder what they had in common?
  16. And if you watched from the very first minute, it's what West Ham game plan was - quick passing so our pressing didn't work, and then overload the flanks so the full backs didn't have the chance to get forward as quickly - meaning when we had the ball we were outnumbered in midfield, which is why we looked slow and ponderous and gave the ball away a lot due to a lack of outlets. It was an extremely clever system deployed by Pellegrini - one of the old tactical masters.
  17. Thank God I bet on West Ham to win...
  18. See, this guy gets it.
  19. The easy answer for you then is "no, I don't get it".
  20. It's a tactical masterclass. Even if we were winning it doesn't mean his tactics aren't spot on - you do get that don't you?
  21. So? One is a one goal swing, the other a likely two.
  22. What you on about?
  23. I'll accept he's not been great, but not being arsed is utter ****e I'm afraid.
  24. Should have had a penalty in lead up to Spam's second as well.
