My only issue with Adkins is his decision making. Reading and Hull were poor poor poor choices and its disappointing to see such a great guy making such poor career decisions. He will always be a legend in my eyes.

I respectfully disagree. I think Reed almost immediately set the tone for our decline and fall from grace. Within weeks of taking over from Cortese he had sold Shaw, Lovren, Lallana, Lambert, Chambers, Cork and Pochettino - the full heartbeat and spine of our progressing side. Momentum built by Cortese meant we were never going to simply drop like a stone, but sure enough momentum will only take you so far. Les entered the complacency, greed and self promotion phase almost immediately. He is the reason we are where we are. The self destruction and decline under Leslie is unforgivable.

Sacking managers means **** all to the "brand" Only 5 Premier league clubs have had the same manager in place for 3 years+ and 9 managers have been in place for under 1 year. Les Reed is just clueless on every level
