I cringe everytime I see this thread bumped.

Hughes has managed to make us look half decent in a couple games. Nothing new here - lets not forget those games against Watford, Hull, Palace, Spurs, WBA, Everton, Burnley, Man City, Stoke ect ect that same season.

Fat Sam stabalised Everton last season. Finished 8th when alot on here were saying Everton would be relegated. Stopped the decline then moved aside for Silva who now has Everton playin some sexy football

We need a new car NOT necessarily a new driver. IMHO we will just stay up again this season with or without Hughes but it won't be pretty and we won't win many.

I think a number of us "predicted" Hughes to fail.... Next manager will flop too. Nothing will change while we have the same incompetent board and player recruitment failures. You can keep changing the drivers but while the car is ****ed.... We are ****ed
