I'm not too sure many are suggesting Saints are bigger than Everton (whatever that means anyway). I think most would agree that there are 6 big clubs in the league, Man United, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, and finally, Liverpool....and then there's the rest of us....which includes Everton.

But yes, there are ways around it, however, that'll depend on inflated sponsorship deals and so on (I haven't the foggiest when their current deals expire, but I can't imagine that they all do so this year).
