Is MLG unaware that this is a stock response to tragic incidents? Is he trying to make a hilarious observation regarding equality and political correctness? Who knows. I remember seeing CC interviewed on BBC breakfast some time ago, he struck me as the most articulate and intelligent ex-footballer/pundit I had ever heard, and I hope he makes a full recovery.

He was poor for the last 20 minutes, didn't really notice his contribution for the rest of the game, but I was watching on an iPad, so difficult to pick out. Thought Sanchez, ox, coutiniho and sterling were the best players on the pitch today.

This one really is a must win imo. A win could very well put us back in 4th, a loss and we could potentially drop to 8th.

Cracking game, really entertaining. Very happy with that result too. Chambers & Banana were poor.

Think he needs a more central role. He has plenty of pace and tricks, but doesn't have the vision or the discipline to play on the wing, his crosses and through balls have been poor generally. If he plays centrally he can concentrate on tricking through defences, rather than picking out crosses.

The ground is clearly hard and slippy, this will have contributed to hesketh's slide, but he was too enthusiastic and deserved the yellow. Terrible half so far.
