If Fraser is considered adequate for the RWB role, surely that nullifies any argument that Jelert is too small to be considered a viable option -

If everyone is fit.... Bazunu 3 from Srephens/Edwards/Quarshie/Wood/THB Fellows Bragg Jander Welington Azaz Armstrong Scienza Maybe THB will be rested to preserve him from missing the Coventry game (he's on 4 yellows). -
Came back on as they walked off here.
-
Sky stream has gone down here.
-
Yes, Leo was quite miffed at this and Jack Stephens talked him down as they walked back after Azaz's goal.
-
Can't foresee any changes unless there are injuries. Maybe Norwich he'll tinker, Bragg for Downes, Edwards/Quarshie in for one of Wood/THB/JS, Welington for Manning etc.
-
One thing that stuck in the mind was Leo Scienza. He got very miffed when AA grabbed the ball for the free kick attempt on goal early in the 1st half; outstretched arms and shouting towards the bench. Azaz's goal followed shortly after. and Jack Stephens demonstrated a captain's role by sticking an arm around Leo, talking him down and putting any issue to bed as they walked back to restart play. Aribo's performance is another thing that stuck in my head, unfortunately.
-
If the sun is shining, bring a hat and sunnies, otherwise you'lll see sod all.
-
Robinson poor, Aribo poor, Romeu miles off it. Repeated long balls to no-one or to Armstrong. Backwards, sideways, backwards, give ball away 90% of the time. Otherwise, it was OK.
-
Definitely got a retro feeling to this game so far.... sideways, backwards.

I never rated Benali after seeing that own goal against Oldham on my first live Saints game, and the rose tinted specs' only ever saw the own goals, yellow/red cards and stupid challenges that gave away free kicks/penalties, from that point on. Off the field, Kenzie Benali is up there as one of the worst signings on the pre-match staff - and she's even worse on Radio Solent whenever she "reads" out the traffic/travel from the script in front of her. Seeing her at Kelvin Davis' testimontial during the MLT/Lambert penalty shootout, trying not to slip whilst wearing stupid high heeled shoes is a highlight tho'.

Suspect Norwich are more likely tbh, given his allegiances when he was in player form.
-
Players have lost all motivation due to the lack of leadership. They want a change, and who is more likely to go? All of them, or just the senior management team? Not the players. By dropping Captain Jack, he tried to send a message to the players that he is the one in authority and push back, but his players seemingly have all congregated to the opposite side. Will Still's ship is holed, his ballast tanks known as his brothers are missing, and it is slowly sinking.
-
That'll mean Lallana should be able to stay in the setup and one less person to pay off. Win win
-
Where was Jack Stephens actually asked to play on the field when he replaced Scienza? Was it him that ducked out of the way for the equaliser as well?
-
I am going to stand on the side of the garden, with my arms folded for the next 100 minutes That will motivate me.
-
Should have kept Stewart on, he would have been more effective than Downs.
-
I'm sure when Jack comes back in, he'll be reinstated as captain to prove there's no ill will with the boss....
-
potentially today, the front 6, and therefore the majority of the eleven, will have little or no experience of the Martin way of playing. Shea Charles was out on loan last season, Fraser was seemingly ostracized for the majority of the season, and Stewart was quarantined in the treatment room. Jander, Fellows and Aziz, along with the RB as well, all newbies.

Christ, that SSN reporter camped at Tottenham is a right plum.
-
Not sure QPR could afford to splurge 8m on anyone tbh
-
Wrexham agree deal with Cov' for its captain Ben Sheaf... Smallbone probably staying now.
-
Zero to no chance Bazunu will be benched the next game, either for McCarthy, Long, Blackstock or anyone else. McCarthy did well in midweek, if there was going to be a change, it would have happened today.

At least all the Rangers fans, should their team lose on Sunday, can take some solace in the fact that it should be a brave performance.

A chap at work (Bristol City fan) suggested Saints should take a punt on Josh Brownhill, ex City and Burnley on a free. "Low risk but quite old" - he's 29 according to wiki.
