He is running full out turning in while being pushed the opposite way in which you are trying to turn, you would go down with a small nudge let alone a forceful push in the back.

Targett, Most clear cut chances made, most key passes, Most cross attempts, Most long ball attempts, caught in possession 0 times, miss controlled 0 times, tackles made 7, Interceptions 1, 4 clearance's and 1 blocked shot. and yo are picking passing acc, are you doing the same for Redmond who was worst than Targett? if you ask me, he was one of the best performers. I blame the team for not covering better, not the young full backs who look to the more exp players around them for help.

If they push up and the midfield lose possession its not the full back's fault, they need to push up to offer width other wise we will have none, Lemina and Romeu and Armstrong and Redmond are all needed to help the full backs, we failed on a lot of defensive duties yesterday and gave the ball away in very silly areas resulting in WH counter attacking down the wings cause are full backs are pushed right up creating width for the team. This hardly happened when Hoj was playing as he covers extremely well for the full backs as can be seen in the gunners game.

he has played pretty much every game this season, he has missed just 2 out of 21 games against gunners and Spurs he should not have lost any match fitness at all and should be nice and fresh when compared to the ones who also started....…… I don't think he played too badly, a few costly mistakes at key times, but I wont jump on him for them. No one in the current team would get a start a head of Morgan, big Vic, Pelle, Jrod before his injury, Lallana, Lambert, Davis in his prime, Tadic, like seriously you can not argue that fact. Pretty much every one but a few select players, Lemina / Hoj / Bertrand / Redmond / McCarthy/ Cedric, Rest are all lacking match fitness I would say as they are the ones who never get consistent game time but are expected to come in and be fresh and sharp and perform, which ofc is not possible.

The chances created today was poor, No forward is going to score when they have no supply of chances to finish, Felt sorry for Austin, big powerful striker and no decent cross into the box all game and not one clear cut chance created. We look pretty, but that is about it.
