Best goal was Mcgoldrick's shot in the top corner against Palace. Beating Reading 2-0 away. Best Chant would be 'You can shove your ten points up your arse!' Funniest thing this season was seeing a picture on here by GekkoSaint showing a picture of Rupert Lowe as Austin Powers.
-
I know it was not the greatest season we've had but there was some sudden highs. What was the best goal scored by a Saints player? The best game you saw? Funniest chant heard? Your funniest moment of the season on or off the pitch?

£120m!! Probably all of that is tied up in projects so they will need a loan for starters. Hardly going to put serious money if it's £120m. I have a feeling they are interested in the land next door where they will build something and flog the whole club for a wealthy profit. Let's hope Mark Fry chooses what's best.

Deserves a few of his own songs today as the man has totally turned the fans in his favor. I'm afraid I can't see him staying as we have to start getting players in that earn in the region of a thousand a week which Kelvin will never agree too. Focus on a better defence this time and I'm sure Forecast can keep them out.
-
I think thats great news that Le Tiss is behind one bid but I hope the fans don't put pressure on Mark Fry as it may not be anything as good as another bid elsewhere.

LM - Legend in rhe clubs history He will have his chance now to have something named after him as those board members that knew about him being a thieving **** won't be there to stop it.
-
That is what coaching is for. We coached Crouch and Kenwyn Jones to name a few, to be better than when we first got them. McG is going to become a player that could earn this club loads if we make sure that they put a sell on fee.

Tessem: 'We've got to be brave and tough in League 1'
Pilchards replied to eelpie's topic in The Saints
Tessem was jogging through Totton on Tuesday, Still looks lean and fit. Maybe a comback ;-) -
1 + 1 = 3 Tuesday at 4 o clock a black limo with it's windows blacked out enters the stadium as everyone was requested to stay out the ground, Stewards reporting for the Hants cup was told not to arrive early. Anyway on the otherside of Southampton a manager of this company was told keep your staff on there toes as he may Pop in any of the stores he owns. The next day the manager finds out he never visited a store as it was not that kind of visit. So this mystery man is Mr Phillip Green. Surely not???
-
People mention why we can't have Fry as our chairman, What if I said that Rupert was doing his role right now and that you had never heard of him a month ago! Stick to what you are good at Mr Fry.
-
Thats abit strong! I don't even look at Peter Crouch as a ***** for not taking it into the corner and yet he plays for Pompey now!
-
Mr Fry would not be worthy of tying the legends shoelaces even. MLT - Is untouchable!!! Mcgoldrick??? hahahaha.... ;-)
-
And we just know it would turnout alright as ****e happens like that as a saints fan.
-
Maybe I should have put GOT Manchester united years ago! ;-)

Saw the footage and I can't believe people believe these guys are going to buy the club, You don't walk to a business meeting looking scruffy and carrying a toolbag. Was told the deal to buy our club will be announced on Thursday. Third hand information i got on those who are in the frame have been posted in the betting thread.
-
I will place my bets again after some 3rd hand information I received last night. (1) JP Mcmanus a horse racing expert, I was told he is very interested in purchasing a football club after the death of his wife recently, I believe he tried to get machester united a few years back. Could this of been a nudge from Channon? (2) Someone called Green who was linked on here last week, The man is minted and has an interest in Saints. (3) Fulthorpe with Souness as they fight to beat the others as they know they won't win on there own perhaps? (4) Two cowboys that love the publicity as they see it as a chance to push forward there business, Already seen walking into St Marys at 4 this afternoon carrying a ****ing toolbag. Get real you Guernsey boys!!
-
I love the thought of KK but I have this thought in my head that his first press conference he would walkout on us after a nasty question was thrown at him.
-
Thats why I'm glad he has gone as he was a twonk! We have to hit pre season with a bang, No ****ing about, No players on the **** etc. Wotte in my mind does not have that fear factor about him like you would if you looked in Pearson's eyes. This club has been sinking since Strachan left and it needs a leader like him to get us moving up again. Bring on Paul Ince please as my first choice Keane has been snapped up!
-
Wotte will be the first out the door as he is ****e. He could not get the players fighting for the rights to survive in this league with three lame away performances and it won't change next season either. Wotte you are weakiest link, Goodbye!
-
I suppose they can open the corners and close the main stands now!

Club we should have a vendetta against over the points deduction
Pilchards replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
It will be Norwich for me. A repeat of the premiership drop with Charlton a few years back. So who will bounce back first then? Doubt it will be us as we are in a right ****ing mess. -
So Will The Club Just Be wound Up If No Buyer Is Found????
Pilchards replied to um pahars's topic in The Saints
If Mark Fry put out a statement saying that Southampton Football Club will fold on Monday at midday unless it found a buyer then I reckon someone will come forward to save our club. No messing from Mr Fry now, Tell it how it is please that you have 3 days ONLY or we fold for good. If thats not the case then continue how you are and stop allowing the likes of Crouch. LM, Illingworth etc giving us hints that we are on the brink FULLSTOP. -
It might be a bad idea as they Wotte is thinking of trying out some youth players! Surely that would be unfair on there debuts?
-
R.I.P Suffered enough!
