Team I'd currently pick based on THB, Bednarek, Ramsdale and one of Dibling or Fernandes leaving. Not a fan of AA but our other wide options are poor. The clear upgrade there is the keeper.

Yep, as has already been mentioned that first half was just shades of last season. Too many lethargic players out there. You can certainly see why Spors is targeting more athletic players.

Very interesting how the club announced the Downs deal very shortly after the Stephens contract news. Obviously knew the extension wouldn't be received well..

I'd shift ABK, Bednarek, Smallbone, Aribo, Fraser and probably one of Armstrong/BBD. Also send Bazunu out on loan again too. Then obviously a couple of the better players in Fernandes, Ramsdale, Dibling and THB will likely go.

Best case scenario is we sell Dibling for a big ish fee and we don't really need to sell Fernandes. If he isn't actively pushing for a move (like KWP didn't) and no one offers us ridiculous money then I guess I could see him staying.

A manager who wants to win and is happy to adapt his plan to suit the club and players. In my mind this guy is light years ahead of Martin already.

Given that Ramsdale is almost certainly off, Lumley is out of contract and Bazunu is injured. I'd imagine we will be after at least one keeper this summer.

Id deffo take Tom Cairney and Ben Mee on short term deals. Two leaders in the spine of the team that we desperately need.

No thanks. He was decent enough in a RM team because he can pass. But that is literally all he can do. He isn't athletic enough for a WS side.

Smallbone is an utterly pathetic footballer. Hopefully one of the first out of the door this summer.

I'm not sure. Sheffield United weren't as good as their final points tally suggested. My mate is a fan and said they were poor in a lot of games but scraped a large number of wins.

I think we'd probably accept £25m if someone like West Ham came in for him. As for Dibling, I'd imagine (and hope) the club will actively be looking to cash in now because if he's set on not singing a new contract, we can't afford to lose him on the cheap/on a free.

lets be honest, he doesn't want to learn anything. He made that quite clear. He will only play one way. Whilst they will win a fair few games, I'd back us to beat them twice.
