Yep and given there's no signs of Mads or Jelert anywhere I guess we'll have to put up with Fraser 😬
-
Fellows has a groin injury apparently. That could well rule him out of the festive period sadly.
-
Massive bonus if so. Their other half decent striker Kvistgaarden wasn't playing last night. Not sure if he's injured as well or just suspended.
-
They are but they're still a poor side. Apart from Sargent they haven't got much quality. Should be another win.
-
Exactly what I said on the other thread. Got to keep the ball better and having more men in midfield would help with that.
-
He should've saved the first one for sure. It's that low shot down to the left he seems to really struggle with. I thought the second was a foul personally. Made one very good save and a couple of other half decent stops but he can't keep letting in these goals from range. We badly new a keeper in January.
-
It's not just the subs either. We seem to drop 15 yards deeper and let the opposition play and get the ball into dangerous areas. I think switching formation and getting more men into midfield in the second half of games would help.
-
All his subs seem pre planned which is ridiculous. Manage the game situation. You could see West Brom were getting back into the game at 3-1 and we take off our best players. You can't always just have one eye on the next game. Need to think about the here and now too.
-
Credit where it's due to Bazunu. Saved us there. Hopeless second half yet again.
-
Azaz's vision is pure class. Great footballer.

Jesus. Everyone on there expecting a hammering. Everyone on here expecting us to hammer them too. You know what happens next.

Same team but Wellington in for Manning (won't happen though). West Brom have been pretty hit and miss this season. Started well but have tailed off a bit and seem to be letting in a fair few goals. Will be interesting to see how they set up.
-
I thought the exact same thing. Armstrongs effort was terrible and Mannings free kicks have been poor since the start of the season.
-
Kyogo in the second half. 6 yards out over the bar. Harder to miss to be honest.
-
At the end of the day the players are playing for him. If this set of players actually like someone who isn't Russell Martin then that counts for a lot.
-
Better option off the bench than Downs, that's for sure.
-
Well the first part of my post is actually looking inaccurate because he's played well 6 games in a row! At the end of the day the stats don't lie - he scores and assists lots of goals. What's not to like.
-
Don't often agree with you but I do here. I was a bit sceptical after the Millwall game and wasn't sure if we would bounce back but we did and the credit has to go to the manager. He's really turned us around so far.
-
Personally I wouldn't expect my keeper to save that. Their keeper also let in two goals which were basic saves.
-
Yeah, should have scored but other than that I thought he was very good actually. Held it up better than usual and brought high energy levels. Exactly what you want from a sub - the total opposite of you know who.
-
Big difference between this and Russball is we now look for the forward pass once the opposition have committed to the press and then keep going forwards. Under Martin we used to pass it around at the back, eventually get the ball forward then pass it back again.
-
That's the second time this season they've had a game abandoned at home due to a waterlogged pitch. They've been winning 1-0 both times as well. Embarrassing for a Championship club but their fans must be fuming.
-
Clearly the better side in the first half. We aren't the same team when we make subs but let's not forget we do still have a fair few players out injured who would do a better job of coming on (Stewart, Charles, Mads etc). Please please drop Manning. The bloke is a complete and utter liability.
