Good sentiments, similar to those we had before the Pompey game,
-
Nice one Scud, I'm getting on the bus but i wanted the express not the one that stops every few minutes. I can't keep smiling as it would give me too many wrinkles and may blemish my good looks
-
you wanted to win the Forum game as well but it didn't happen! i want us to win the FA cup and the league but you have to be realistic and spare your resources for the most important games IMO
-
shows he doesn't really want to sign or play for them. Always a good start Lol

FFS you can't voice a concern without the over optimists who don't seem to understand how the Man U game is a draw on our energies having a moan. It is great that we get a bit more column inches but NA said after saturdays games that we looked leggy after the Oldham game. I am putting myself out financially and timewise to get to Exeter to watch us, and so am right to wonder if the Man u game could take our focus. Our priority should be promotion, not worrying about the vanity of parading on tv in a game we have less than 5% chance of winning if United show up. We are here and so be it but it is right to question whether it may affect us.

Sorry to have brought something up on a forum that i was wishing to mention. I will keep to discussing ' If it's any consolation. I sit in block 41 and it annoys me too. As do the people who only sing the la la la la bit of Lamberts song. That is all. '

Put yourself in KD's shoes, you have the ball, the opposition are pressing our fullbacks and so there is no outlet, so he has to kick long. His number 1 priority is to stop goals, not create goalscoring chances. if he throws or passes out and we lose possession and perhaps a goal who gets the blame? The constant negativity to the keeper by one or two on here is ridiculous. It is down to the palyers to make themselves available for him to find not him taking risks.

The Man u game I fear is an unwanted distraction in our quest to do get promotion. We play Exeter the following tuesday, and that is far more important a game IMO. NA has a problem as he will most likely field our best 11 against Man U and so the players could well be tired for the Exeter game. This is so much like our cup run last season that eventually cost us in the run in.

what is it about him, so many clubs yearn to own him as a player, but he never quite does it. He has had so many signing on fees. I notice at least 2 clubs are trying to get him now, yet he has never quite done it.

Chinese fighter 'has changed power balance'
OldNick replied to Saint in Paradise's topic in The Lounge
the rush by the West to re modernise the Chinese economy with our expertise was always a short term folly. For 10years of cheap imports we have awoken the dragon. Its dominance will have everlasting effects and we will not be able to get it to sleep again. 20 years on and we will be the lap dog of both Russia(we are going to be so reliant on their gas supplies they have got europe over a barrel) and China. Typical shortermism by the west for small time gain. -
They came and got a draw that they wanted/deserved. What has to be instilled into the team is that we must be clinical with the chances early on at home. Golden opportunities dont come along very much against teams who defend like County did and so when you get one, you must put it away. If we had scored ,the game would have changed dramatically and their defensive mindset would have to change Overall the ref was out to prove he was not a 'home' ref. To be fair i thought Richardson was fortunate to get away wth a yellow. How he missed the pen on Ox was scandalous. Their cynical defending when Ox and Guly pushed the ball their defenders only to be brought down reminded me of the old Leeds tactics. it is good defending, bringing dowm the attacker before the move can build, and at most you only get a yellow. I felt pre match that it would be hard. I missed the Davis save at the end, it would be sickening to have lost. I have been a critic of MS, but felt he played well saturday.

Fantastic stuff, and that is only from his stuff still on the database, if only we could get the stuff from when they were really riding high, that would be entertaining Lol
-
probably the same mate who told him that they were up on s/t sales from the season before (start of last season)lol 16000 he said Lol
-
so i may have been correct afterall
-
if he even goes and has talks with Burnley, his loyalty and status must be questioned by the Cherries fans. Mitchell is probably driving him there for talks as Im pretty sure they are brassic

-
thats always the way I get a bit of info and someone betters it. Im off to the Western Union telegraph office now to see if i can get any more snippets
-
well if you say that is the case then I will respect that.
-
weston is close to the family and so we will await his report for a clear answer
-
Ive just been told that Palace are interested in him
-
it might not be about AL but Barnards off field problem at the nightclub
-
Im not sure if this info can be correct as there is no way Bournemouth could pay Hughes 15k a week

if you are an old supporter who enjoyed the LM era then history is important, if you are a youngster and missed out I suspect the enjoyment they have had in the last 5 seasons would put them ahead. They have had a wonderful time in the last few years, all on the back of underhand dealings. Fans dont give a stuff about that, especially the Johnnie come latelys
