It was not about this game but I was not enamored about him all along. i always back the club and so support NA and hope he turns the club around. It looked like the Brentford game all over again. I didn't expect them to roll over and let us win easily, but it was alarming how easily they cut us to pieces and how many chances they created early on. We were a shambles. That changed and we deserved our win

Chamberlain to Arsenal or Liverpool £10m

when did the clubs last have a say if a player stays? Tevez is the exception, but he can hardly expect to raise his wages above what Man c can offer unlike Ox at Saints. His dad has to make a big call whether he wants his son to develop here or move on to big money now. I would be surprised if Ox is still here in a year as a Saints player (perhaps as a loan back) NC IMO has little control over him staying if OX is determined to leave. Our only hope is that he is bright enough to see what happens if you leave too early. -
after the first 15 minutes i was concerned that we were going to be well beaten. They had movement and were sharp. At that stage i was wondering whether NA was really a good choice. We seemed to be lacking, then RL's wonderful goal and it was a different team. All of a sudden we were stronger quicker and the whle team turned in a very good performance. After the Brentford game i commented that i thought we missed Harding, and whilst he was not MotM he gave us a bit more than what we have had recently down that side. Ox's pace and trickery caused them lots of problems and our forwards and midfielders were positive. Also we kicked to the Northam second half, and yet again it was a positive result! That is a change in our decision making as they kicked off and so i assume we chose ends and so a conscious decision to change.

Guly is a very good footballer. He caused them lots of problems and set up at least one goal. The way fans drool over AL and then slate Guly is remarkable. AL's misses ,could easily could have cost us the game, but he is not questioned. All the body language stuff is a nonsense as well. It seems if you run around like a headless chicken but do nothing in doing so , you are a star, but if you come alive when you need to, you are not interested. Late in the second half the ball was knocked down the line and the defender looked comfortable to go and clear it, but Guly sprinted to the ball and so nearly pick-pocketed the player and was unlucky that the ball just went over for a throw. I agree that Guly should be in midfield and have stated before he could be our Vierra (not as good of course), he is powerful and has pace. Barnard may well not be at the club due to off field problems, Connely cannot last the game and so Iam very happy to have Guly to call upon.

why do people think this is about China , South Korea or any other region. IMO it will be about the moment their leader is about to pop his clogs. He is a despot who wants to go down in history forever. To do that is to push the button at the last moment and get his place alongside Hitler/ Pol Pot /Stalin The moment of his death is when we need to worry

well all those who thought Cable was the messiah have got egg on their faces. His reputation was built on him saying about the borrowing not beig sustainable. Well there are a lot of people who were warning the same, so his reputation was always built on sand. His judgment must be questioned, as he said such things to those reporters. As for Milliband saying that he would have sacked him Lol, how many Labour cabinet members got into scrapes and then still kept their jobs or were re-instated???? he was not PM or leader then but he was still part of the government and i dont recall him resigning in principle.

of course the big clubs haven't any brains and will pay 3 times his worth Lol. At present they would be buying potential, and whilst he has a great deal of pace and seems to have a footballing brain, he is not ripping teams apart and quite frankly he looked out of his depth in the brighton game. i am allc for developing talent but if it means sacrificing a young player to get some more experienced players in who can get us promotion then do it. I also do not believe that we will not spend much in Jan as we seem to be running on income earned not a nice wedge of money given to us by the Liebherr family. -
Lol, and then watch the prices soar once the high street is gone. You wont be able to view the items except by a photo. Lots more internet scams and the poor naive fools will lose more money as they try to save a few quid.

If we could sell him for 3m with add ons, then use that to buy 3 decent experienced players to get us out of this league then do it. These young stars with the transfer talk always prove to be a distraction/unsettling, to the team/club/fans -

I agree that this helped push house prices up. That was going to happen anyway as demand outstripped supply. What is wrong in people wishing to get a better home environment? Surely the betterment pushes us on to work harder and so achieve. If we could move back to Britain at the time and experienced the state we were in and then it could be accepted it was 'the time and place'. We were on a downward spiral and the voters in the main realised that something had to be done. Look at the companies that were destroyed due to the unions being too strong. The balance had to be adjusted, i have no pleasure seeing people going through hardship and the agony of unemployment, but that pain helped us regain some national pride and set the base for the following 20+ years of wealth. Margaret Thatcher had the balls to grasp the nettle, and if she had not, i dont think you would have had to worry about house prices. we were finished as a nation. -
well it seems to me that the FL have already closed their eyes to the way that Pompey have strengthened their squad by getting loans in. They saw them send players out on loan to make way for big waged players to come in. I agree the FL do not have the money that the PL have to play with, but they will do their utmost 9under the guise of the football family. lol) to help them. As the Championship will be harmed if a club was liquidated, they dont care so much about the Chesters of the world.

have we not a couple of those?

did we ever find out who Leftback is?

For me has has shown endeavor and determination. His biggest problem is the language barrier. i still think he could be a powerful central midfielder in the Vierra mould.

the Poll tax was a very fair tax imo. Everybody pays for the services that are provided for us. Like the student grants it was not grasped /explained correctly and people were fearful of it. The rabble rousers came out on the streets and the rest is history. Of course the weak should be exempt from this tax, but houses with 2 or 3 + earners should each pay the same as an old lady living on her own. People call for fairness in society but when it comes to coughing up they always want someone else to pay. -
we don't need bait when the fish are jumping into the boat Mack, your own manager has been warming us up in these cold days. If you have a few home games postponed due to bad weather, the money will run out pretty quickly. Can't see your revenue streams being much at present and BC is hoping for December to go quickly so he can get to January.

Lol, greedy human nature Fuengirola, not just down to politics. Saturday at half time there was a competition on the pitch to win a signed shirt. There was a middle aged man and a kid competing, I (a Tory) was hoping the man would intentionally lose to let the kid get the shirt. He didn't, he won and left the kid disappointed. i dont care about his politics but to me it was mean spirited.Would all socialists/Labour supporters have given the kid the shirt?

i dont think apprentices are cheap labour, they are green behind their ears and hardly contribute to a companies profits, in fact some of the time they would hinder the qualified worker. It must be galling to train them up and as soon as they are trained that they clear off to a better paid job. I'm not sure if there is legislation that makes them when qualified to have to stay at a company. I doubt in modern day Britain it would be allowed. No incentive for a business to train people if there is no reward. Of course the lefties will argue about the wages and rights to move on, but the company they move to can afford to pay more if they haven't apprentices holding them back

listening to Cotterill on solent saturday, he also said that Hriedarson woulod not be selected in Halfords place who is banned. I thought he has signed a new contract but i wonder if there is a similar reason why he won't be playing.

Surely we should concentrate on getting the brightest kids to university. Spend the resources on the sciences, medicine and engineering then get the rest out to work, you can have as many ologies as you want but in the main they are worthless to an employer. There would be no need for grants as it could then be free as the wasters would be out at work earning tax to pay for their peers, who really do need to be at University. Yes it would mean lots of job losses, imagine all the student bars/clubs/pubs around the city having to close. Some of the less important courses could be run, but slimmed down. The 3-5 years a lot of the average students do is wasted when they could be getting a sprint on against the Uni students as they could show their experience in different professions and that would be a bonus.....as for gap years Lol, if the lazy sods worked in the gap year they could pay the grant off.

much of that is to my beliefs as well, but I'd still vote Tory as it stands at present. If the country is financially weak it is not strong enough to support the needy. I dislike the rich who like Phillip green do not pay into the kitty, but i dont resent those people who are driving the economy so that more tax is earned and so the government then gets revenue in to pay for schools and hospitals. I don't like the Labour way of getting the schools and hospitals, but then expecting my grandchildren pay for them.It is immoral, and all the people crying now who have overspent themselves and put the nation in massive debt, not then have the fibre to stand up and take the medicine.

I wish you and Mackrill weren't so decent as I'd be pleased by this news!!! I cant see where your revenue streams are coming from. Even your mercnadise is now being sold by another and so the xmas club shop sales are not finding thier way to you. Personally I think you will be ok because like the PL the FL will be desperate for their league not lose its reputation by a club folding and so they will do anything to help. As soon as they let you kick the season off they were opening the can of worms.

i think the players pay for their own Xmas parties.
