  1. Considering Spurs are run by people of a faith that is supposedly financially astute, it amazes me they have bought at this time.
  2. Did you get to look on the results of the poll. There is not a vote to blame Redknapp or Storrie, ok there is a lot blaming the whole crew but are they blind to where the problem started\?
  3. oh dear a Gary Glitter take over might be in the offing if he sees what is on offer. No Gary it is the clothing only!!
  4. well Storrie has a lot to lose as he I assume could be prsecuted for trading while a company is insolvent if that is the case. Like the Financial director last week who resigned to save her face, it looks to me anyway. hitlers bunker is being vacated quite quickly as the Reds are on their way
  5. Yep I read it and thought that is a good point when they go on about their history.Of course we cant say we have done anything and MLT played for another club
  6. Is it just me who imagines Johnny Bognors Hitler bunker you tube thing reading that?
  7. I spoke to a Pompey fan mate today and he still insists it is all worth winning the FA cup for, as they only have to take a 10 point hit for doing so. (he doesnt go anymore,by the way) and then said 'where has all the money gone for sales of Crouch Defoe etc?' I explained to him they had to be bought first and then the wages etc
  8. yep but when we win the CL Fa cup and PL quadruple, it will be beaten......just
  9. Classic washing of their hands of the situation. 'Please fans dont blame me. It was not me i was only following orders' Storrie saw for the first time during the petition the fans turn on him properly and I suspect he is now looking to run for cover.
  10. The first post by Fitzhugh was 0n 8/7/09 and took nearly five months to get to 5000. My posting on 30/12 at 3.27 was number 5000, in less than a month we have had 4000 posts. This thread is gaining momentum, our resident historian may well be the the poster who started a historic thread that may become the all time most visited and commented on.
  11. Is that picture before the caravan is added to the back of the ox?
  12. Lol, can they afford the crayons, although Poundland probably do sell them. No doubt they can arrange stage payments
  13. you and Bristol must alerted SSN to ask the question
  14. You could be miles away or you could be close to the truth. Managers get a % of sell on profits. Not that there is much of that at pompey at present, but Kaboul????? I wonder what they paid and whether him buying him at an inflated price would be to his benefit/
  15. perhaps they have found a cheaper product , and someone who will give them credit.
  16. it depends if they find a buyer of course.
  17. Surely this cant be a major amount of money. The directors by holding off, must be in danger of real criminal prosecution. Clapham saint, this must be show they are insolvent or is this not so?
  18. who knows how to send a message to Sky sports news Im sure htey would like to look into that story. lol
  19. Nice one Eric. Very well thought out. Is Jacob the nudge nudge wink wink character?
  20. Surely a technical hitch, somebody hasnt loaded the file properly
  21. what a surprise. It shows their desperation to offload wages. An assett that has cost 3m to let go for nothing within months is quite astounding. Watford will not be very pleased and I wonder if there is any clever lawyers who could look at that sale. I wonder if there is an angle where Watford could appeal as he had been sold for £1m the week before. Every dodge in the book. The tax man could see that as a tax avoidance as there should have been VAT levied on that sale
  22. is that the expected attendance at Pompeys next 2 games?
  23. Futile, you will be drowned out much like the Northam and itchen as the volume is divided.
  24. well at least I can see the vision of what NC is thinking of. The Northam has the potential to be an uintimidating end full of vocal saints fans. Wew again could have an area that will be well known for its intimidation to the away team. A fantastic idea, but sadly I feel there are so many entrenched into 'I want to stand next to the away fans' for banter/abuse/ looking big/ or genuinely wanting to fight a rival. I myself think it is the best idea for a long time.
