  1. RL has to act and remove Jan from his job as manager. I dont like to keep changing managers but RL made a misjudgement in appointng him as he does not have the tactical knowhow or the ability to inspire the team. To be fair to the players I cant understand a lot he says during his interviews and so how can those lads understand a lot what he wants from them.
  2. H e is out of his depth and as much as i dislike constant change he needs to be replaced.I was thinking as much as people dont like Billy Davies the refs wouldnt get away with their inept performances. Our players dont argue just give the ref aqn easy ride , much like a load of schoolboys would
  3. He s not my chosen manager
  4. Um I know you didnt mean too, but in this evening where Im really narked this post really made me smile. Thanks Ump I am feeling a lot better.I can feel the passion and if you and me were on the pitch those lads would be working al ot harder as in our own ways we'd motivate them that they would nt dare not lose.
  5. I dont agree with this in chapter in verse but so much is correct.
  6. you could add many others to that list.He still is being asked to play up front alone and as we are not scorting goals he is shopuldering the blame. We did not create much for him to latchj on to.
  7. But the arguement was not about transfer fees being taken it was about Pompey were going to lose their major players and being a player who commands massive wages and a internationally recognised player , he is a major player.Merovian has made the statement I took him up on his bet and then he qualified it by cutting out a couple of their main men.
  8. as a supporter of the idea of utilising the youth it saddens me, but Jan is not up to it.
  9. So i should not defend what is wrong IMO then? DMG is being asked to play as a lone striker, it is ridiculous and he is suffering for it.You mix up his demeanour with lack of ambition or desire, it is nonsensicle.
  10. Well you have been proved wrong as he hasn't
  11. Oh so its ok to boo the players? i boo the fans who booed DMG. It was not the majority.I found it interesting that we had a return of a lot of fans today and the crowd was less supportive. The hardcore have been fantastic this season turning up week in week out, and have got behind them. Weget the return of many part time ones and the mood was far from supportive. If you wish to boo DMG be consistant and boo Lallana who couldnt take a corner or Surman who didnt make a mark, or Pearce who made a horrific mistake. We are not in a position to be able to crush one of our players confidence so he is unable to play. I was/am as angry as anyone on here but i dont let it be to the detriment of the clubs health.
  12. No doubt RL would have liked that (5-0)the same as me, unlike some who have pleasure posting after a depressing defeat.
  13. I liked seeing the ground 3quarters full today but then when i saw how the team were not supported like they have been recently i realised that it might be better to only have 14k crowds. It was shameful how the fans booed him.How about Lallana, he did sfa but is immune to the criticism. It is clear the abuse is getting to DMG and his confidence is shot. The lad is expected to play up front on his own against 3 defenders who were more experienced.
  14. what a surprise people wanting to dance on our grave. For fans stuck in Austria it wouldnt effect you like the ones who turn up every week. Administration is something that the club would never easily recover from and its madness to think we could start next season on minus 10 and not get relegated again as the club and fans do not have the stomach for it.
  15. I thought it said British Rockery. Now we'd be leaders in making one of those
  16. it depends on whose figures you go by. The press or the ever reliable sources of Corp!!!
  17. A man of conviction then. So Sol is not a big player. LOL.
  18. In my opinion a 'big player' is one who is on massive wages and recognised international name.Sol is a guarenteed starter and a lynchpin of the defence as is James who is Englands no1 keeper... Lets see how many leave and then we can go for the nitty gritty.
  19. great business IF TRUE and woulld be mad not to take it whatever their financial position. It is odd how the transfer figure was only 9m yueaterday and today its 24
  20. Dont come up with that the thread was dead and you answered 6 days later. I notice you are back now that the Diarra deal looks a high figure but gone for days on end when your back was against the wall. Your big talk and the takeover was certain made you disappear. As for the thread on the MS I dont recall Crouchs 3 chances, they were not as clear as the ones missed by Milan. Anyway your fans have returned to normal only turning up to watch the top teams. A club that has only recently won the FA cup still cannot fill a 20000 ground. It is pathetic and deep down you know it is true but will bluster on that it is normal..lol
  21. James, Sol and Krankjar are big players for you, well they are in my eyes. I dont expect you to include people like Davis etc So we will wait and see but I count the three listed above as big players especially as they are on massive wages

Show me hard facts we have to sell, that is facts that have not come from a jackanory journo. If you can find facts then also include tony adams comments today that we are in fact going to have funds in Jan. We have agreed to sign Belhadji for £3M in January ! But we are skint - remember that, I'll be back Jan 31st to resurrect your post [end quote] Ill take the bet. How do we go about it? I will be happy for you to contact Baj or Granty to put your money up so we know it gets paid and I will do the same. You tell me what you count as your top players and we can then get a list to make sure it is fair to both parties.Any winnings due to me can be made payable to Naiomi house childrens hospice. Leyt me know how to procede Just in case you missed my post from yesterday
  23. perhaps 10k pw wage rise may help
  24. No just a tease BTF. I have a bit of a problem with the cosy public sector as I hate seeing the waste of all our taxes.I know there are many fantastic people in the sector and I have no problem with them but there seems to be a culture of mismanagement and squandering money on jobsworth schemes. I understand that is generalisation, but it is such a massive animal it is hard not to generalise. It will never change, I cant see any government ever having ther guts to take the civil service on. The government wont rock the boat as the inconveinient governmental mistakes will become the potential to be leaks. The classic case of you scratch my back etc As for you BTF I have faith that you do a cracking job.I do hope you find some massive mistakes and bring the instigators to task, and not allow them to go on early retirement and a massive pension.
