He ddi have a hard job butr all managers at our club since WGS have had a hard jib as our expectations were raised. NP was able to bring in some highly paid and experienced players. Jan has had to rid the club of those and use inexperienced young players.I dont think Jan is up for the job but I am to be convinced that NP would have been able to do the same under the same circumstances.Unless we quickly get investment it is going south whoever is in charge.

Being a person who has been sympathetic to RL regarding finances I believe while he is at the club the fans will not be united. NP was a chance to unite the fans (i dont think he's a great manager ) but he for whatever reason left the club and so the fans had another wedge put in the way of unity.

thats it when in the financial mire up the costs. The four corners will only make the ground seem more empty and as far as I can see the kit always arrives for the team to wear. RL is fine cutting the costrs but any involvement in the football selection etc would be no go as far as Im concerned.

I want the whole lot gone although i do feel that AC is a decent person and LC a true fan. The minutes were interesting but for me this sentence was the most worrying 'AC commented that the previous plan “B” which should have been implemented in the event of the club remaining in the Championship without the benefit of parachute payments had not been implemented and that costs were apparently still being held at Premiership levels.'

Forget not he took us to within 45 minutes of being relegated. Saying that I was happy for him to be given a go for 1 reason. It was the first time in a long time that the fans in the main were united.

Well being someone who expects honesty I find it distasteful, as you belong to a club that has never any morals then you would take that happily as though it was nothing. You as fans are being lied to and the wool being pulled over your head.

Ball watching, loose marking, flat footed, no covering.

how did Rudi do? -
My Pompey fan mayes have been on to me this morning and are pretty p####d off. He is now seen to be what he really is a self centred s##. By the way nobody has questioned how this has happened so quickly, I dont believe that a deal could be done from Friday evening and today.I thnk he was in talks early in the week.I wonder if there was any betting?

I have only just got in after being to see Spamalot. I was texted the result straight after the game and dont know much about todays game. I notice Alpine points the finger at me as 1 who wanted NP gone. Well please feel free to put up the post where I said so. i was happy for Np to stay but dont see him as a fantastic manager. I dont know if he would have done better the the Dutch but Ive not been too full of priase for them either. If he had the same financial constraints he may have done the same.

OSM but the very anti Lowe fans turn on them, it is a two way street. I even have had Saints fans joining up with Skates against me.Funny they (skates ) down join up against their own. Humility is needed on both sides at present.

Thanks you are correct.Iam just as disappointed as most but we have lost more important palyers than Stern over the years.
-
sorry . thanks for that..he's only 20 ffs
-
Exit, sound words and I think it was the 2nd one.It is odd that Sterns departure is making such fuss, the amount of threads about his laziness and waste of space last season seem to be forgotten
-
look at the teamsheet at Sheffield then you will see the folly of that post

I would be happy for Lowe to go if there was somebody who was capable of getting uds out of the mire, forget not we have already sampled the 'anybody but Lowe' period. We need to rid the club if the whole lot not just 1 man, he is just the front of the whole rotten lot IMO I still think he is doing what needs to be done to stave off the administrators. Could the club really withstand a minus 10 point deduction? I beleieve we would go down quicker than a 10 bob whore

I understand your sentiments Wade. I see something in his ability quite a few others dont. May I point out I have argued the toss about Le Tiss, Marsden, Crouch, Fuller, Stern, KD and others who have been slated by fans over the years,(especially in their early games) I also have had a few failures as well I thought were overrated the biggest misjudgement was Shearer as I thought when he was witrh us he was not clinical enough and hoped he would go and not MLT. I am not saying I am better than you at judging players but perhaps I am prepared a little longer to give him a chance, he's only 18 ffs

Against Watford he created more than anybody. His poor penalty overshadowed the rest

I think £8m overdraft is quite good considering we were supposed to be losing over 5m a year. Perhaps someone could tell us what our overdraft was a year ago.
-
to be fair you could add sterns no goals in 257 minutes. To be fair this time last season there were many fans on here telling us what a waste of time money and space Stern was. IMO DMG will score goals and needs a couple and that will send him on a good run.We just have to try and stay patient and not boo the lad, he wants to score as much as any palyer, its just unfortunate he has a languid look and so it seems he doesnt care.
-
that experience managed for him to blaze one into row z last season, I cant recall what game it was but I think we went on to lose the game..I think
-
you better give up and wave the white flag. We have accumalated 11 points without John and so it is not the end of the world as i know it
-
the fans were great, and have been all season. Why change it on the back of a loan that is down to financial decisions. I can't understand why it is not obvious why these players need to be shifted. If we avoid administration all decisions taken by the club has earned us 10-15 points, more than any player at the club could do.If we have the pain as well as administration then you have a point.
