The scouting setup and recruitment strategy need serious scrutiny. We’re picking up players that aren’t adding value, and as you said, the Ross Stewart signing is a perfect example of the poor judgment. Whoever’s greenlighting these moves isn’t delivering; The decision to extend Martin's contract feels like a clear misstep in hindsight.
