Let’s not bury our heads in the sand, the whole club’s in freefall, heading straight for League One. This isn’t an overreaction. It’s reality. This isn’t just on Will Still, the rot’s set in across every level of the club. Our squad’s bloated still full of players with weak, loser mentalities. Let’s be honest, some of them don’t even want to be here. And it’s showing. The negativity’s dragging the whole club down. Will Still might be a nice lad, but he doesn’t strike me as someone with the presence or charisma to dish out bollockings and raise standards. As for standards, what have we actually been doing since Will Still was hired? What’s our game plan, our style of play, our formation? Say what you like about Martin, but at least he had a clear idea of how he wanted us to play. With Still, what’s the foundation? What’s the vision? Because right now, we look like eleven strangers having a kickabout. No cohesion. No leadership. No identity. Is that down to the manager and his coaches? Because look at our setup Trollope, who’s been through double relegation, Lallana with zero experience, and God knows who else. Where’s the real experience? The know-how to operate at this level? Who’s there to challenge Still and say, “Hang on, this isn’t working”? Who sanctioned the deal for Downs? The lad doesn’t even look like a footballer — scared of the ball, miles off it. Someone like Kieffer Moore would’ve made far more sense. New manager. New coaches. But this time, they need to be experienced. And if Rasmus is still interfering and overruling Still or Spors, then Dragan needs to grow a backbone and put a stop to it. Enough’s enough.

It's taken me a day to process my thoughts. Yes I did say Saints would win 2-0 I was feeling a bit daft 🤣 I watched the game and thought we were terrible. - What is our actual plan style of play ? We look like a bunch of strangers. - Downs is not a footballer. - why did we get rid of Small? He looked decent on the wing. - Will still isn't the man to take us forward clearly is out of depth. Has the charisma of a wet sponge. Dragsn Solak wake up and smell the reality. Experienced battle axe of a manger required who can dish out bollocking. New experienced coaches

Brother I'm 40 years old and have supported Saints since I was 8........ I don't care if we end up in the Happy Shopper Non league........ Southampton till I die.....
-
2-0 Saints easy......
-
Can't stand him never rated, Sell and bring in a Romeu type destroyer
-
Feeling optimistic I'm going to go 2-0 Saints this is going to be the turning point for us, have faith.

It’s frustrating, with the caliber of players we have, we shouldn’t be where we are in the league. Some of the substitutions and game management have been questionable. As fans, our constant calls to rip it up and start again are becoming a bit tiresome. Will Still is young and still learning the ropes. It’s not like we haven’t been creating chances. Is hitting the woodwork and our inability to finish really Still’s fault? It’s all hypothetical, of course, but if a few of those chances had gone in, we wouldn’t even be having this “get a new manager” discussion. I echo what’s been said in the videos — Still has a lot of potential, and we’ve yet to see the best of him. Letting him go now would be short-sighted and might even bite us in the ass. Seriously, who would you even replace him with? At the very least, give him until January and back him with a striker. Also if players are disrupting and causing a backlash, clear the decks and sell the bad apples.
-
We're all entitled to our own opinion and mine is letting Still go would be short sighted. Watch some of our previous games, it's not like we haven't been creating chances.... Hitting the post and poor finishing aside it's all hypothetical but we should be on more points. Who would you bring in instead ? That will immediately make a impact? I think the issues go alot deeper than our manager
-
After the Blackburn game I was irritated. But in hindsight I don't think sacking Still now is the right move. I'd say back him in January with a striker and let's see what he really is capable of. Get rid of the bad apples and let him build something.
-
If players are throwing toys out the pram fuck them off to the reserves...... What's with our soft as shit mentality.... Get a few of our youth players to replace the bad apples 🍎
-
Are we seriously looking at recruiting another manager ? Or is this just paper talk, Gary O'neil 🤣.... I'd rather stick with Still and back him properly in Jan with a striker....
-
Would rather have Carrick

I’m not necessarily saying we should get Warnock, Allardyce, or Dyche but I’d like someone cut from the same cloth, personality-wise. Someone who can come in, get the basics right, raise the standards, and light a rocket under anyone who’s “sick” or has downed tools. But it won’t happen. Sports Republic only want “yes men” who won’t dare challenge Wankerson when he’s meddling with tactics and signings 🤣 Still seems like a nice lad, but just an observation, he often looks like a deer in the headlights during interviews and has the charisma of a sponge. Maybe he’s different behind closed doors, but he just comes across a bit too casual, not really with it 🤣

Something’s seriously wrong at our club. We’re making history for all the wrong reasons, and it’s painful to watch. I cannot fathom how Solak continues to support the incompetence around him. Week after week, the same mistakes. The same lifeless performances. It’s like nobody upstairs is learning or even listening. This isn’t bad luck anymore. It’s bad leadership. Accountability has left the building and so has our ambition. I’m becoming more disillusioned with the whole affair. This isn’t just me going through the motions, it feels like the soul has been ripped out of our club. Systematically, on every level, we’ve drifted toward mediocrity. From coaching to players to scouting, the decline runs deep. It’s not just results anymore. It’s the identity. The belief. The pride. I mean, were you expecting four wins in fifty games? A record-low points total? Relegation from the Premier League right after Sports Republic took over? It’s embarrassing. And it’s a legacy that will haunt us for years. Younger fans will either turn away from the club completely, or grow up carrying the stick that comes with supporting it. Where’s the progress? Because I don’t see any. All I see are standards dropping across every level, as we crawl toward League One Dragan needs to wake up. Either find a ruthless streak or sell up and hand the reins to someone who actually knows how to run a football club. Someone with the vision and backbone to build a real footballing structure — not one run by charlatans and con men pretending they know what they’re doing. I can’t fault him for putting money into the club — he’s done that. But what’s worrying is how long it’s taken to realise that the people he’s trusted to run things are completely out of their depth. The warning signs have been flashing for ages, yet nothing seems to change. Where do we go from here ? What needs to happen?

Scienza aside this was one of the worst games of football I have watched this season. Was like a watching a match between two relegation candidates. What the fuck has happened to our club seriously? The downfall has been rapid. We looked so unorganised and disjointed, our midfield is nonexistent and so easy to bypass. Game management and substitutes absolute comical, the moment that killed the game was taking off Scienza...... I literally sat and went we're fucked now and you straight away could see Blackburn growing in confidence and running through our non existent midfield. Absolute diabolical I don't know where we go from here.
-
Léo Scienza best player on the pitch we take him off...... Bring on Jack Stephens, immediately invite more pressure on ourselves..... what's the logic behind this ? Then weaken our attack we have two strikers on the bench... I'm sorry but what a fucking doughnut haha 🤣🤣🤣 Yeah I've seen enough of this shit show pull the trigger now.

What this XG bollocks ? Why do these nerdy pricks get the wank wipes out over it ? All we care about is points on the table and hitting the fucking onion bag once in a while...... Lose tommorow and Still can jog on....
-
https://ibb.co/zHZBYNLs My line up and thought process. Fuck the 5 at the back off. Wellington on left, Roerslav / Gelart on right. Central mid of Charles and Jander with Azazz pushed up further and instructed to supply the through balls to wingers and Armstong. Up top we have Adam Armstrong, why? Because he seems to be the only player capable of finishing..... Fellows on right wing And Scienza on the left wing. Matsuki on the bench.
-
With the quality in our squad compared to other teams and money spent we shouldn't be 18th in the league..... Dress it up all you want, XG bollocks this.... Our current position is fucking embarrassing what is happening to our club ? Next game keep it simple Azzaz at top behind Amrsgrong and Archer with instructions to feed the ball through..... Or get Aribo up top behind the strikers to hold up the ball.
-
Léo Scienza looks decent......
-
That is a damming statistic and speaks volumes about our current trajectory. Fucking hell if I was the owner I'd be in that changing room tearing heads off 🤣🤣🤣

Being a Saints fan right now feels like punishment. Bournemouth flying. Nathan Jones somehow climbing the table. Meanwhile… us. I don’t even know where we go from here. At the start of the season, I was optimistic, thought maybe Dragan had finally wised up and decided to build some actual football infrastructure. But here we are. My thoughts on what’s wrong: Will Still. I just don’t rate him. The first pre-season training video I watched, he looked like a deer caught in the headlights. Nervous, uncomfortable, completely on edge. If I’m sitting there feeling sorry for the bloke, how are the players meant to feel inspired or fired up by him? And don’t even get me started on the tactics. The selections are bizarre. 5 at the back coward bullshit. Playing Fraser at right-back when we’ve literally got Rørsløv sitting there? Subs all over the place. Leaving out Robinson and Matsuki who were two of the few bright sparks in pre-season and against Norwich. It just doesn’t make sense. And then there’s the inexperience. A whole coaching team that looks out of its depth. You can see it on the touchline no control, no confidence, no plan B. And don’t even get me started on player signings. We brought in Downs… I’m not even going to comment further on that. What a ridiculous signing. Sports Republic are trying to be clever — trying to be hip and innovative — but it’s like Groundhog Day. Same mistakes, different season. Too many players with weak mentalities. Too many bottle jobs. We needed a manager with real experience at this level. Someone who could’ve steadied the ship, got us solid, and given us something to build on. But honestly, I’m starting to think Sports Republic will only ever appoint yes-men. People who won’t challenge the nonsense — just nod along and hope for the best. Can see us going down and spiralling it really wouldn't suprise me.
-
Underwhelmed. Still has all the charisma and enthusiasm of a wet dishcloth. This five-at-the-back nonsense — I get it, we’re supposed to be more solid defensively. But surely against “weaker” opposition, we can take the shackles off and actually go for it? The signing of Downs still baffles me. And if we extend Ross Stewart’s contract… we’re absolute tits. That lad in the under-21s keeps banging them in — I’d rather see him on the bench than Downs. What’s the harm in giving him ten minutes? Matsuki can’t even get a look in. Thought he was one of the few bright sparks in preseason — even scored a banger against Norwich. We’re not getting promoted this season. I'd be tempted to explore the loan market now to bring in a centre forward.

Yep why the fuck did we sign downs would be question number 1 haha
