I don't rate Puel. I think the man tactically is weak. He has the charisma of a wet fart. This man couldn't inspire a Eskimo to get out of bed on a heatwave let alone get a football team to kick on. It's not rocket science most the players look disinterested / annoyed forced to play dull football. For me I would sack Puel and either get Ranieri or Howe Who would you get and why?

Because people live in the past. Become bitter that players leave. Myself life goes on we sell players stick to the gameplan and recruit wisely sometimes we get it wrong I.e Osvaldo, Ramirez, however sometimes we uncover gems. I don't like players thinking they are bigger than the club. It doesn't make any sense to hang onto disruptive olayers either. Get the best money we can get and rebuild sensibly. Even big clubs get poached for their assets. This is football it happens we March on!

The positives for me: Josh Sims, Mcqueen, Stephens kicking on the future is bright for youth talent. Signing Gaba and the impact he has made Redmond showing what he is capable of. Romeu, Van D, Yosh, Soares, Bertrand have had good season. Sam G hitting the goals in for Blacburn. Negatives Clasie, Long, Rodriguez to inconsistent should be moved on. Rubbish home kit I hate the bra design I feel we should of progressed further in Europe Injury to Charlie Austin I think he is decent. Initial adjustment to Puel the initial sidewards passing style was boring to watch. Puels interviews are like watching paint dry Selling Fonte and not getting in a replacement quicker. Fraser F I feel has gone backwards.

If he wants out then fair does who wouldn't? Champ league football more money. Let's just ensure we get the best deal we can and actually strengthen across the squad. Ship out the dead wood and sign some proper talent.

I'd say keep clear out the deadwood... Let him bring in some talent and get a preseason clear out the rubbish and sign some decent coaches that focus on finishing....

I would say to Chelsea ok you can have him for £50 Million plus either Ake / Zouma I would then use the money and buy one of our center back targets Schar / Semendo / Maguire Use the leftovers to get somebody in to play alongside Romeu a proper bruiser / Wanyama unit type player.
