hamster Posted 25 December, 2009 Share Posted 25 December, 2009 Tsk, binge drinking, the epitome of broken Britian. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I disagree, drink is the common mans escape from the hell that is globalisation and capitalism. I accept that some people do kick the arse out of it, but all things considered alcohol is good in moderation. I saw St Landrew downing a bottle os sherry the other day, is that what they call 'alcohol and moderation'? lol All hail the ale.
benjii Posted 25 December, 2009 Share Posted 25 December, 2009 I embrace capitalism to escape the hell of drink. Merry Christmas all the same.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 25 December, 2009 Share Posted 25 December, 2009 Don't worry I was only joking anyway hamster, I'm just jealous that I'm not on the booze yet. Binge drinking is my favourite past time. Merry Christmas everyone.
hamster Posted 25 December, 2009 Share Posted 25 December, 2009 At Christmas i see it as a homage to the baby jesus to imbibe in the modern day equivelants of Gold Frankinstein and Myrhder. I shall start with a hefty glass of Sloe Gin and see where it leads me, hopefully I shall be sober in the morning ready for the hike up to Priestfield and then more drinking and smoking with son in law (beats talking to him).
