Arizona Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Dreadful, now that you mention it. Put 3 excellent chances into the Northam.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 He got booed a lot, not sure why, and "that's why we let you go" was sung after he fluffed a chance. He didn't stand out at all though really.
S-Clarke Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Poor IMO. should have scored and completely missed the goal, hasn't improved since he left us. Will hopefully get some confidence from scoring in L2 though, good level for him to find his feet.
Saint_clark Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Spooned all his chances but won a fair amount of headers V Jaidi. Will be a good league one target man.
saint_stevo Posted 8 May, 2010 Author Share Posted 8 May, 2010 seems a bit harsh to boo and give him grief.......... Hope he comes good

Tartarus112 Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Thought he looked quite good in the first half hour before drifting off at half time. Had a couple of good chances which he missed, yes, but did create himself. Was very impressed with some of his movement today and at points Martin really struggled to cope. Shows the cort of quality our academy produces.

SoccerMom Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Went studs up within seconds of the game starting, didn't he? Nipper remarked that the only thing he's learned in 18 months is how to dive.
SamKimish Posted 8 May, 2010 Share Posted 8 May, 2010 Ended the game as the match's dirtiest player with 3 fouls, missed three chances and didn't really do much else. Don't agree with anyone giving him grief though, he was very sad to leave this club IIRC.

IMO a non league player he's on par with Lancashire and the like..

He got applause when his name was read out pre-match, and was jeered (but took it all in good humour) in his warm up whenever he missed a practice shot.
