Saint_clark Posted 29 October, 2010 Share Posted 29 October, 2010 Cracking game so far, i'm pretty much nearing the end of the main storyline (I think) so as soon as the final mission turns up i'll be concentrating on finding the 150ish side quests. Only found one bug so far, and it was a pretty big one that cost me all my weapons. Other than that 10/10 for this game.
JonnyLove Posted 29 October, 2010 Share Posted 29 October, 2010 What was the bug. Can you move about the landscape without walking everywhere as this was my only gripe from fallout 3 which was one of the best games I have played ever.
Smirking_Saint Posted 29 October, 2010 Share Posted 29 October, 2010 Great great game, i was a fan of the last one but this one is a lot better, have Boone as a companion atm and he batters anything that gets anywhere near (unless there is a group of Cazadors). I have only got half way through the main storyline as i am doing the NCR and side quests atm. 9/10 Mine has been a bit buggy though, it freezes up every now and again. As for the landscape no you have to walk to destinations you have not found.
Draino76 Posted 29 October, 2010 Share Posted 29 October, 2010 Loved Fallout 3. May pick this up at the weekend. Vegas is better you say? I haven't heard that much on the innernet. Wasn't a patch release to fix a few of the bugs? Did it make a difference?

When going into casinos in the strip you have all your weapons taken from you, and I didn't get them back when I left. Reloading seemed to sort it though. Draino76 Posted 1 November, 2010 Share Posted 1 November, 2010 I love it. I could lose myself in this game for days, but as I play through a projector; I have to be careful on keeping my eye on how I've abused my projector bulb. The only real bugs that irritate me slightly are the 3rd person 'ice skating' when walking and that other characters walk straight through doors and stuff. I loved the initial feeling of hopelessness when going out to explore the vast wasteland with just a varmint rifle, like what teh feck am I gonna do? Simple. Kill, steal and use VATS. Trade. Some lessons for real life here, apart from the VATS thing.
